Good. Gas station but their backup stock is inside of the shopping area. Very tight corners and I wouldn’t trust their coffee or soda

HAN-DEE HUGOSHERE’S THE TRUTH:The positives: the store is nice and it’s in a great location. It serves the neighborhood very well. The Negative: They offer a drive through brush Carwash. At first I thought it was nice. BUT- it has ripped my front license plate off and has “brushed” the powder coated paint off of the SUV’s ‘make’ letters of my vehicle on the front of my hood. Can I prove it, Yes & No. My vehicle was new. Now I need paint and bodywork done. I know how it looked prior to the car wash but how can you really ‘show’ or Prove that it was their machine? I can’t. I went in and told the lady about the license plate and she came out and saw it and simply said “Oh No, that’s terrible. This is a beautiful car.” She then asked “what are you going to do? Are you going to file a claim with your insurance?”I don’t know what I really expected but it wasn’t that. The brushed letters from my vehicle wasn’t obvious at first. Now it’s all I can see.I used to use their Carwash 1-2 times per week. Now I don’t use it at all and I don’t get gas here anymore either.I’m sharing this as a WARNING to others. Be careful if you choose to use their Carwash. I have NO DOUBT that you will also have damage done to your car, truck or SUV.If this review helped you, please give me a ? (thumbs up) and please click the “follow” button too. That’ll soften the pain!I’ll try to add photos of the damage I’ve had the license plate repaired but you can still see the bend in the plate itself. The discolored lettering… well I don’t know how it will look in photos but I’ll take a couple and post them. Thanks for reading this.RJ

I have a complaint about one of your stores in Wilmington on Market street and your Clerk Robert. He had a vehicle towed after the person bought items in the store but had come there for gas. The man left his car truck there for less than 20 min while he got his gas can out of the truck and walked to another station to get gas. His truck was on empty. He came back and his truck had been towed to Earls. Robert said it was store policy but didn’t point out where that policy wa

Sad to see so many customers not wearing masks and not being challenged for it by employees. I’ll be buying my gas somewhere that’s less of a public health risk.

Poor service, staff has a bad attitude and what you pay for food and what you get is a disgrace. Will never go again, the last 3 times I have gone the same guy managed to screw the order up 3 times in a row. I guess you like wasting food and the qaulity of the food is terrible, the staff memeber doesnt care. The staff acts like you are bothering them, never again will I spend money in you're store. I have never been treated so bad in a store in my life when I'm trying to spend money.

My husband stopped at your location at 401, Benson Hwy, Garner, NC 27529 and was told he couldn't pay for his drinks in cash. This is a legal tender of the United States and must be accepted. I have let all the appropriate agencies and the senators know that you are not accepting cash. And everyone on social media. please rethink and make sure you take what is accepted as legal tender to pay for goods.

I had a mobile coupon for Newport cigarettes and both store attendants would not let me use it... why would you sign up for a program for the store if you are not going to let the customer use the coupon?

Are your employees aloud to smoke when they are out working near the gas pumps? I do not believe this is safe for anyone. It is very disheartening to see this when I am putting gas in my vehicle, and my children are sitting in the car. I worry for second hand smoke, let alone the gas station blowing up when she drops her ashes. It’s a female employee (zoom in on pic of cig in her hand) that was working at 1:30pm on July 5, 2019 at 11928 US-70 Bus, Clayton NC 27520.

Terrible service at the Grandy location. Went in to buy a few beers and the woman working on 04/13/2019 around 9:45 PM refused to sell any beer and threatened to call the sheriffs office. Nobody that went into the store had drank more than two beers. We wanted to buy some beer to take home and enjoy later in the night but this person working was one of the most hateful rude person I have ever encountered in my life. I will never ever purchase anything at any hugos ever. I live in Elizabeth City NC which I frequent on a regular basis but after this experience I will never ever purchase from a handy hugos again.

Stopped at the location in Selma craving a frozen beverage. I was told they don't have cups for the size I wanted. And then for the size they had no lids. I wish they had ICEE instead.
