The bathroom has a key lodged in the lock that is not easily removed - door cannot be locked from the inside, even though it's a one-person bathroom. I don't see what is to prevent anyone from walking in on you while you're using the facilities. Maybe I didn't use enough Hulk force in my efforts to remove the key ?️ ?
When using pump # 3, I followed the directions to select my fuel type before removing the dispenser and nothing happened. Then attendant was dispatched to help me - he first removed the dispenser and the fuel ⛽ selection button then worked fine. Maybe I was having an off morning and forgot how to pump gas?

They need to change there filters at the pumps last 3 times I been there it dispense gas super slow. They my be full of dirt....

The manager and District manager and Regional manager are all liars and don't care about their customers when they manager knew the pump was messed up and still lied.

I Love The Fact That They Are 24 Hours And I Know They Do Stock Around 2 Until 5 But They Put Up A Sign Saying They Periodically Check For Customers But They Never Do. Currently Been 30 Minutes To Be Helped, It's Now 5 A.M.

The other reviewer MUST be reviewing another HH store. This store is managed by a lady who is VERY customer focused. I regularly patronize several stores in the Handee Hugo's chain, and this particular store is always very clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that the cups for the fountain drinks are plastic. I prefer the styrofoam cups, because they don't sweat as much as the plastic ones.

Terrible service! The manager put gas on the incorrect pump, then refused to fix the problem when another customer pumped our gas. He finally fixed the problem, and our last $0.40 wouldn't fit into our emergency tank (we had broken down), and refused to give us change.
