I have a complaint about one of your stores in Wilmington on Market street and your Clerk Robert. He had a vehicle towed after the person bought items in the store but had come there for gas. The man left his car truck there for less than 20 min while he got his gas can out of the truck and walked to another station to get gas. His truck was on empty. He came back and his truck had been towed to Earls. Robert said it was store policy but didn’t point out where that policy was posted for the public to see. At a time when people are still struggling to make ends meet, your employee took advantage of this gas situation and, I feel, did this on purpose for whatever reason. Now the tow place is just town the street and I wouldn’t doubt that Robert has an arrangement with them to get a kick back. I feel this was predatory towing and a malicious act on your employees part. If I don’t hear a response from your offices I am going to put this information all over your Facebook page, my Facebook page and then I’m calling the news to bring light to this situation. That in this time where gas has been hard to find, your employee had an unfortunate mans car towed because he had the simply because he had the power to do so.

Sad to see so many customers not wearing masks and not being challenged for it by employees. I’ll be buying my gas somewhere that’s less of a public health risk.

Poor service, staff has a bad attitude and what you pay for food and what you get is a disgrace. Will never go again, the last 3 times I have gone the same guy managed to screw the order up 3 times in a row. I guess you like wasting food and the qaulity of the food is terrible, the staff memeber doesnt care. The staff acts like you are bothering them, never again will I spend money in you're store. I have never been treated so bad in a store in my life when I'm trying to spend money.

I've been coming here for a while, but today when I pulled in, the most horrible "Gas Station TV" was installed. It's so loud and so overstimulating. Tell me when it's gone, and I'll go back. Until then, I'm done.
