I literally came here for a hair net and i already felt they were following me i left because that is so dumb . Why would i show my face if i was going to steal? Discrimination at its finest . I’ll never come back . PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE FIND A BETTER PLACE

I went in there just to get some hair color and immediately was followed around in the store. It was 3 PM on a Thursday so I was the only person in the store and every where I walked someone trailed me within 7 feet not even moving products in the aisle just standing there watching me. I was very uncomfortable and disappointed if you’re that worried about people stealing, get a camera or don’t own a business like this. Would not recommend.

I like shopping here because the store is always organized and clean, but every time I visit an employee ALWAYS follows me around the store. It makes me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Ever since the new owners took over in 2022, they are so much more paranoid than the previous owners. The lady (owner) used to follow me around on foot now she sits at the front and watches me on a camera from her cell phone.. THEN they have the black girl that works that works in there follow to BLACK people around.. Newsflash Lady not everyone steals.. many of us have jobs and money to support your help business with but if you are suspicious of everyone at that your store you don't need to be in business!!!!

I came in last week Thursday and did a walk in with Tynesha ! The nails were horrible tons of flooding in the cuticle and the polish job was horrible! So at the end of the service she offered to fix them free ! ( SHE OFFERED CAUSE SHE KNEW THE JOB WAS HORRIBLE) So I scheduled to come in again so she drilled the polish off and made my nails so thin the very same day my pinky nail just broke off at the apex . Very disappointed! & she had the nerve to tell me a fix was $5 after she caused my nails to be so thin they break! So unprofessional! Book with anyone but her !

I came in with a picture of the type of hair I needed. I was then pointed to where it might would be. Asked about another brand of hair and the lady stayed behind the counter. Didn’t help me at all! I was going to get other things but why spend my money when I couldn’t get help in the first place. Definitely won’t be going back again.

They do not open at the time they say they do and people have things to do in the morning so that’s not convenient at all..
