Be sure to supervise the movement of the furniture you buy. Although it’s nice they get a cart and load up your furniture you buy for you and roll it out front, they overloaded my cart and two of the chairs fell off and on the asphalt. One of the main reasons I bought this particular dining set was it was in pristine condition with not a single scratch on it.Although the manager was courteous, he acted like “oh well it was an accident, do you still want it?” My answer was no. I got a full refund. But then they said “someone else will buy it”. It’s unfortunate they don’t care about the people right in front of them to offer a discount or something. Although it was an accident, it could’ve easily been avoided if they didn’t try to overload the flat cart and maybe get another cart for a dining room table with glass top and 4 chairs.I guess God didn’t want me to have this particular set after all.

Wow today was such an amazing surprise. They have the right amount of vintage and gently used items today. I hardly ever come in and not at this time of day. So I really encourage y'all to drop in, especially if you love vintage items.

Where is the humanity?? How you going to charge brand new prices for FREE DONATED, BEAT UP, STAINED, TORN & SMELLY furniture? And why do you charge $200 dollars more for a vertical dresser in comparison to a horizontal dresser?! Things that make you go hmmmmm ??This is supposed to be a resource for lower income society that literally have to go check to check and all I see is GREED and I seriously feel like the Diane Wilson needs to do her thing and investigate.Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves profiting off the ones just trying to make it. ESPECIALLY when y’all don’t pay a single cent for one thing in the store.A 300% markup is NOT the CHARITABLE thing to do.**GO TO THE APEX, CARY & FUQUAY locations before even thinking about stepping into this and the glenwood stores**

Found some great second hand chairs and a bench. Lots of stuff, mostly all in good condition and very clean for that kind of store.

Scheduled a pickup, but there was no way to tell what restore donation would go to. Was told by pickup people that the particular store they were taking it to was too particular to take our couch, but a different location would. Yet they could tell me no way to donate to that other location, and there was no way to understand their criteria for donation quality which seems to vary store by store in a way that is complete undiscernable. Don't waste people's time and effort who are trying to help you out. Call TROSA.

Like many others have said, it used to be fantastic, but now they think they're a boutique. The prices are insane. It's hardly worth stopping anymore.

Used to be wonderful but now everything is far too expensive. Nobody goes into a thrift store expecting to pay hundreds. What a joke ?

Furniture is extremely beat up, and way over priced. It's ridiculous to think anyone would spend $250 on a large book shelf with a softball sized hole punched through the back. Whoever decides prices at this location has gone off the deep end.

Prices have become way too high. I bought a couch last year for $25. The same style and type of couch is now $225+. Very unfortunate for those looking to support this place and those who don't have a lot of money to spend on furnishings. I'm not going to spend that type of money on temporary living spaces or for teen rooms. Whoever is pricing things thinks this is an antique or consignment store.... even particle board shelves, covered in stickers, stains and dings, are higher here than they are brand new at Walmart... don't come here for furniture. Come here for smalls and construction materials.

I don’t have any words. I guess there is an individual who believes they are knowledgeable in antique and/or vintage prices but they are seriously misinformed. Higher prices than any antique stores in the area. Absolutely comical.

I used to love coming here- they took the thrift out of thrifting. Small mirrors are $15- go get a new one that isn’t beat up for new. I used to come here all the time but their prices have them thinking that they are a retail store and not a non profit.

Each time I have shopped at this location, I've been pleasantly surprised by the fantastic treasures found! It is my favorite Habitat ReStore location in the Triangle because my favorite thrift store items are typically vintage items & antique items, & based on my recent shopping experiences, this specific Habitat for Humanity location has more vintage & antique items donated to it, in comparison to the other Habitat ReStores I have visited in the triad. ♡ Additionally, the staff & volunteers are friendly and helpful; they ask if you need assistance or just say hello as they pass you by which I appreciate!
