The coaches are super knowledgeable and friendly and are always willing to show you how to do a movement or lift. The community is wonderful and welcoming to new players. If you're thinking about giving CrossFit a try this is the place to do it!”

“Went for the first time last week, and it was such a positive experience! The facilities and equipment are state of the art. I really appreciated the video playback during the strength portion of the workout. It showed each move being demonstrated so I could make sure my form was correct.The format of the workout kept me engaged, was challenging (in the best way), and adaptable for all levels of fitness. Also, I've never been to a fitness facility with such a calming environment and clean aesthetic. The instructor Jeanie had great energy, humor, and was encouraging in helping me through my first session. Highly recommend!”

“This gym is amazing. I have worked out 4 days so far. I have all kinds of physical issues. I have had Irina help me through this journey. I also went another day when she was not there. That trainer was also amazing.

This place really cares and wants the best for you. Even though I have arthritis wrist issues, foot ,neck ellbow, knees hernia. They have worked around this. I am actually motivated to go back. The work outs are 30 minutes.

I worked out in gyms for about 20 years. This one feels like the most beneficial one so far.

Irina is very sweet patient and great for this place.

I feel this place is a blessing. Thank You so much looking forward to my journey with you guys.”

“Very nice facility with very good equipment and plenty of it. It's not one of those gyms that seem to cater to the young and already fit only. Im 70 and felt completely at ease. Fellow gym mates were of all ages, supportive and focused on getting THEIR moves right, not the clearly oldest person in the class. Instructor, Lynnette, was awesome, gave clear instructions/demos and very patiently assisted anyone who needed her. Loved her playlist as well! Will definitely be back!”

“For years I’ve worked out daily by myself, just lifting and playing basketball for cardio, both of which I love! I never expected to join something like Burn because I was never into group classes. But when I tried Burn I realized that this is the type of workout I’m missing from my routine, the type I’ll never do by myself lol. And it’s so convenient in only taking up 45 mins! My heart rate is up the entire time and the movements are great, I feel more athletic already. I still lift and hoop to supplement the workouts because I enjoy that, but these could definitely be stand-alone workouts. And on days where this is all I have time for, I still feel really accomplished! Definitely more so than if I had tried to squeeze in a 45 min lifting session. The instructors are amazing, always providing modifications to make exercises more or less intense, and it’s a great community. Grateful for my time here so far!”

Called in and confirmed it and it is an apparently required policy!! Alarming for me and Strange indeed (deal breaker for me :-D ) Can't comment anything else in the gym or anything else (phone call was picked up pretty quickly which is good)”

“I have many great things to say about O2 Fitness! I am currently working with Ashley on some personal training and she is absolutely amazing. She is patient, she walks me through all of my questions, and she really challenges me to do things I didn’t know I could do. I highly recommend working with her if you are a beginner/are nervous in the gym! In addition to the great trainers, O2 has amazing teachers for their Body Combat and yoga classes! If you get the chance, please try out April’s, Jennifer’s, and Lawrence’s classes! I promise you won’t be disappointed.”

“This will be my go-to box when I come back to Raleigh. The second I walked in the coach was very welcoming, and everyone made me feel like I was hanging out with friends at my box in Washington. On top of how at home I felt, the layout was perfect allowing the transition between movements to be smooth, and has a beautiful outdoor area. In addition, the programming for the day was perfect as it allowed me to focus on re-learning technical skills on a lift. Thank you for having me and I cannot wait to come back!”

“Finally found a gym that works for me. It’s close to my house, lots of work out times available and childcare. I was so intimidated to give it a try since I’m kinda an introvert and feel way out of shape. It took me years to finally get the courage to go. I’m so glad I did. The staff always remember my name and make me feel supported the whole time. Everyone there is supportive and kind. There are people all ages and body shapes. It’s exactly the atmosphere I was looking for. I’ve been going for 3 weeks and already seeing differences in my body. I have more energy and happier. I would definitely go if you’re debating it. The workout is amazing and the coaches and staff are supportive and push you to the limits! Everything is modifiable and you can run, walk, bike etc. You don't have to be a runner.
