“Went for the first time last week, and it was such a positive experience! The facilities and equipment are state of the art. I really appreciated the video playback during the strength portion of the workout. It showed each move being demonstrated so I could make sure my form was correct.The format of the workout kept me engaged, was challenging (in the best way), and adaptable for all levels of fitness. Also, I've never been to a fitness facility with such a calming environment and clean aesthetic. The instructor Jeanie had great energy, humor, and was encouraging in helping me through my first session. Highly recommend!”

Im 70 and felt completely at ease. Fellow gym mates were of all ages, supportive and focused on getting THEIR moves right, not the clearly oldest person in the class. Instructor, Lynnette, was awesome, gave clear instructions/demos and very patiently assisted anyone who needed her. Loved her playlist as well! Will definitely be back!”
“Kim runs a tight ship but with a loving touch. She makes the experience fun while challenging you to do more. I was always a skeptic of group classes but find F45 to be a perfect blend of cardio and full body workouts. Highly recommend.”

4112 Pleasant Valley Rd UNIT 100, Raleigh“A hidden gym (gem)! The facilities are super clean which makes me feel very comfortable using the equipment. So far, the equipment is in good shape and has been taken care of. Larger gyms give me high anxiety so the smaller space at AnytimeFitness is perfect for me. The staff is friendly and usually greet me or say “have a good day!” as I am leaving. The ceiling fans and air conditioning function well to keep the space cool in all areas.I only have a couple suggestions: install lockers with codes each person can set temporarily during their workout, and add two hooks on the wall to hang the fitness mats vertically instead of rolled up on the shelf (they already have two holes on one end for this purpose). The lockers are not a deal-breaker for me but it would be nice.Thanks, AF!”
“For years I’ve worked out daily by myself, just lifting and playing basketball for cardio, both of which I love! I never expected to join something like Burn because I was never into group classes. But when I tried Burn I realized that this is the type of workout I’m missing from my routine, the type I’ll never do by myself lol. And it’s so convenient in only taking up 45 mins! My heart rate is up the entire time and the movements are great, I feel more athletic already. I still lift and hoop to supplement the workouts because I enjoy that, but these could definitely be stand-alone workouts. And on days where this is all I have time for, I still feel really accomplished! Definitely more so than if I had tried to squeeze in a 45 min lifting session. The instructors are amazing, always providing modifications to make exercises more or less intense, and it’s a great community. Grateful for my time here so far!”

“LOVE THIS GYM!! Super easy to get a workout in before/after work - it’s only 30 minutes so I can squeeze it in my day pretty easily. Short workouts but so much going on so I always feel like I just ran a marathon:) Irina and staff are awesome and always help you understand each workout and modify workouts based on your fitness level or injuries so you can still get a good workout in but not hurt yourself. BEST GYM EVER!!”

She is patient, she walks me through all of my questions, and she really challenges me to do things I didn’t know I could do. “This will be my go-to box when I come back to Raleigh. The second I walked in the coach was very welcoming, and everyone made me feel like I was hanging out with friends at my box in Washington. On top of how at home I felt, the layout was perfect allowing the transition between movements to be smooth, and has a beautiful outdoor area. In addition, the programming for the day was perfect as it allowed me to focus on re-learning technical skills on a lift. Thank you for having me and I cannot wait to come back!”

“Finally found a gym that works for me. It’s close to my house, lots of work out times available and childcare. I was so intimidated to give it a try since I’m kinda an introvert and feel way out of shape. It took me years to finally get the courage to go. I’m so glad I did. The staff always remember my name and make me feel supported the whole time. Everyone there is supportive and kind. There are people all ages and body shapes. It’s exactly the atmosphere I was looking for. I’ve been going for 3 weeks and already seeing differences in my body. I have more energy and happier. I would definitely go if you’re debating it.
