Staff was very helpful, friendly, and thorough. Without hesitation or complaint took the extra time to contact a manufacturer to find us an interchangeable part to substitute an out of stock item so I could complete the job I was on and keep my customer happy.

Had a delivery of bathroom fixtures here. They actually had me go around the block to Ferguson Waterworks to unload the truck. Its a tight area but I was able to get my 18 wheeler backed into the dock. Employees were friendly and unloaded the truck pretty quick considering nothing was on pallets.

Absolutely cannot say enough positive things about Guilford Plumbing and in particular, Marty Fowler. Marty helped us a few years ago with a very competitive quote when we were dissatisfied with a local competitor for a new home build. In the years since, any time I’ve had a warranty issue or simple question, Marty is super responsive and helpful. Prices are competitive even against large national chain stores and service is top notch. Highly recommend.

Went here when the big box store didn't have the specialty plumbing parts needed for my backflow preventer. Very friendly and helpful staff. Got the parts we needed fast.

We were sent to make selections for a bathroom renovation. Being newbies to renovation, we needed guidance.Marty at Guilford Plumbing gave use wonderful feedback and was very helpful with our selections. When the line we picked was to be discontinued, he found us a series that would complement and fulfill our fixture needs. We loved the showroom and their selections.

They might be good at plumbing but they’re not good at driving! One of their drivers almost rear ended us and another car while driving through Greensboro today! Not cool at all.

Wow.... Marty was amazing!! So helpful on a subject that I knew nothing about! My parents are coming home after 2 months of hospitalization with Covid-19 and will need higher toilets due to the battle. I am so thankful for Marty!
