I am new to this pharmacy, but the times that I’ve gone there, it looks very organized. Everything looks so nice and clean. The people are very professional and they get you in and out. Thank you Greystone pharmacy.

I get two prescriptions compounded here every month. EVERY month there is an issue. I call to tell them I only need one, I still have plenty of the other...they send me both. I call to request a refill and tell them (at least twice) that I need it mailed...they call two days later to tell me I have a prescription ready to be picked up. Usually when I tell them AGAIN that i need it mailed they finally mail it. Btw, i live 45 minutes from the pharmacy and ALWAYS have my RXs mailed. I asked if they could note in my file to always mail them but it continues to be Groundhog day every month. There are more examples... it's extremely frustrating. Sometimes it takes 3 phone calls to them to get something filled and mailed. I'm trying to find another compounding pharmacy with similar prices. Some are double the cost for the same scripts so I'm still using Greystone. Their prices are good, but their customer service is the worst!!!!

Zero communication with patients regarding prescriptions and orders even after requesting it. I had to call to ask them to place the order for my medication (even after the doctor had sent it) and call again a few days later to ask if it was ready every single month. Recently called to inquire about my prescription refill after hearing nothing for over a week and was flatly told “we won’t be able to fill it” with no further explanation and that I needed to have it sent to another pharmacy. If you like lapses in your medication this is the place for you!

My household has used this pharmacy since they opened, and it truly is like a "Mom & Pop" business in the old days. Bryant is very personable & knows most of the customers by name, and the techs who work there have been there are long time, which shows there's not high turnover. They, too, are familiar faces who know the customer base. I *will* say that success is unfortunately causing the business to lose some of the "Mom & Pop" charm they are known for--as they get busier, there's less time to deal with customers & it can feel rushed just like the chain pharmacies. Also, they put their "Covid shots" sign out when they open at 10, then say they don't give them until after 12--so don't put the sign out until 12! But that's a minor hassle. All in all I am fortunate to be part of the GVP family!

Pharmacy is conveniently located and I'd like to support a local business but they would not order a medication that was prescribed for my child. They said it's "because we're a small pharmacy" (I assume this is code for, "this medicine is not profitable enough for us"). So now I have to find another pharmacy and the doctor will have to send a new prescription elsewhere because they cannot transfer it either.

The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable about medications and interactions. Bryant gives excellent advice and helps customers save money. Greystone Pharmacy know their clientele and works with them. Highly recommend!

This pharmacy offers a level of service that is unavailable at the large chains. The staff is friendly, helpful, and willing to communicate with doctors to get things right.

One of the best pharmacies that I have ever been to. The pharmacists are incredibly helpful, and always go out of their way to help you. Customer service is always exceptional and they offer a wide range products that you sometimes can't find anywhere else. I've never felt pressured into buying anything; the atmosphere is quite relaxed. The store layout is very easy to navigate and doesn't feel cluttered or claustrophobic at all like at most other pharmacies.
