That was the case with Aztec graphics. I understand things don't necessarily go as planned. I had issue with one of their decals. I had purchased from them . Not only did they replace decal but to make sure other decals wouldn't be a issue they replaced them. Businesses like them are rare and to see their are still companies that respect your business. “AWESOME! PERFECT! FAST! I cannot say enough to express how wonderful this place is, but I will try.We have a team building/training event in Raleigh this afternoon. My Production Manager decided that he want to have nice matching performance polos with our logo for each employee to wear... today. He told me this at 1 PM YESTERDAY!I told him no, of course, there's no way to get enough for everyone on such short notice. He was super bummed and was trying to figure out with the DM's if they had any company polos that hadn't been destroyed on the production floor yet so that they could match and look like a professional team.He works hard for us, and we wanted to see if there was any way we could pull off a miracle and make him happy. Our PIC, Josh, and I got on Google and started making calls. It looked like it was a lost cause, but Josh got ahold of T Mania at Triangle Town Center. He explained our situation and deadline to Mr. Honor, and he was 100% on board. He said if we found the polos and got them to him by 5, he could have them done that day.We made a mad dash to Belks for polos, found all the sizes we needed in one matching color, and ran to the T Mania. We were late getting there because we work in Oxford, but Mr. Honor was friendly and happy to help anyway. I handed him my flash drive with our logo, and he was able to work it up in just a few minutes. Once we approved the placement of the logo, he asked if we could hang out for 30 minutes. Of course we said yes. Half an hour later, the shirts were done and perfect!We will definitely be going back! This man saved our day! So professional. Very helpful. And the shirts look great! The guys were very happy with them, and our Regional VP complimented the shirts at the event.Thank you so much Honor!”
