VERY UNHAPPY!! We have used this florist for decades. Always received 5* rated flowers. Though this time our daughter's SMALL ElEGANT bouquet for a simple "courthouse" ceremony turned out to be a HUGE monsterous center piece!! I also started she was 5'2" and 100#s. She never got to use it. To top of it all off, I wanted ONLY ivory and cream flowers ....they put tons of pink in it!! I called the store to complain. She said she would tell the owner....I never got a call from her or anything....VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️

I had the pleasure of recently dealing with Laura and Valerie, an extraordinary mother-daughter pair that aims to please! You ladies were the best. I called from 2000 miles away for a next day delivery, and not only were the flowers absolutely wonderful, but Laura and Valerie helped me hide a special surprise gift inside the bouquet itself. Valerie printed out plane tickets, rolled them up like a scroll, and tucked them deep into the flowers for my special someone. And it worked like a charm! She accepted the invite to travel together, and we are both headed to Mexico tomorrow, which is why I thought to write this review. Thank you both for the great service! I'll be sure to recommend Gingerbread for the wedding one day ;)
UPDATE: 9 years later we are happily married, just had our first kid, and she still talks about that flower delivery. Had we gotten married in Raleigh, I would have come here for the flowers. Lots of love for this shop and the women that made it happen all those years ago. <3

I needed some arrangements for a baby shower and had been working with another vendor for 6 weeks. When they could not confirm for me, I reached out to Gingerbread House and they were able to answer all my questions and consult with me the week of the event! I had a very pleasant experience and everyone loved the flowers

Beautiful website, so I thought they would make me a wonderful balloon bouquet for my brother & sis-in-law 50th anniversary! What a shame they have this person answering the phone (who said she was the boss (NOT). First of all, I had to ask "is this Gingerbread Florist?", as she mumbled. Then yes, they do balloon bouquets. Then, they have no GOLD balloons, so, I said what about a 5 and a 0 and a few Anniversary balloons? "We have no number balloons". What????? What do you do when there is a request for a 5 yr old birthday party??? She mumbled some answer and I asked for the Owner. She said "I am the Owner!". I just hung up.
Such a terrible experience and customer service.

My girlfriend and I went into the flower shop knowing exactly what we wanted and everything turned out so perfect. They were all very welcoming and nice and picked out all the right flowers. You can tell they put in a lot of time and hard work and we are very pleased with our experience!

We had flowers delivered to our business on a day we were closed. They sat outside over night and today (two days later) the lilies are dying. Called to let the business know and the person who answered the phone had an attitude and said 'sorry'....We said 'just sorry?' and then they hung up on us! Unprofessional and rude!

I ordered flowers for it sister who had just finished her last round of radiation. The arrangement on the website shows 6 roses and hers only had 4. When I called, the lady (Andri ?) said she doesn't know what happened because when they left their shop, it had 6 roses. She wasn't implying my sister removed 2 of them, but could offer no other explanation or compensation other than giving me a credit of $8 ($4 per rose)! My sister loves the arrangement regardless, but this is very deceptive marketing. I purposely ordered from their website vs an online franchise and am just very disappointed. The first two is what she got compared to the last one which I paid for.
