I had the most incredible experience at Gilded Bridal! Pamela was my stylist, and she made everything so fun and easy. She was not only kind and considerate but also asked all the right questions to help me narrow down my choices. After trying on a few dresses and figuring out my likes and dislikes, I asked if she had any suggestions for other dresses I'd like in stock based on what I had already tried. She then brought in a few of the most flattering and perfect dresses, showing she was truly listening to my feedback on each gown’s pros and cons.
Also the store itself was stunning. My family and friends joined me, and they were also thrilled with the setup for the dress "reveals" — it made everything feel extra special. From start to finish, the experience was flawless, and I couldn't recommend Gilded Bridal more. Thank you, Pamela, for helping me find the dress of my dreams!

This was the best experience. I have been to5 bridal shops total in the Triangle area.
I went to Gilded twice (once by myself), had a different stylist each time, and both times had an amazing experience. They were not only supportive and knowledgeable, Gilded Bridal really let this experience be the one I wanted it to be and were so warm (but not pandering)! I could look at all the dresses myself, touch them (gently!), and take photos. It also didn't feel like a pushy sales experience- there was no "well if you buy today we can get you a discount," which, as someone who takes her time making decisions, I really appreciated.
I really do recommend Gilded to anyone looking for a wedding dress in the Raleigh area.

I found my wedding dress at Gilded Bridal and could not have asked for a better experience! Makenzie was my stylist and she was so kind and helpful during the entire process. The shop is beautiful and filled with so many stunning dresses. Highly recommend! :)

Pamela was such a joy to work with in helping me find my dress! She took time to learn about my style and dress concerns, and helped me find solutions to make the dress beautiful, comfy, and totally me. The store was super clean and theirs a huge selection of dresses for all kinds of brides and venues. Highly recommend!

Its kinda lame to say - but I am THRILLED to have said yes to the dress. Truthfully I came in to trying on dresses and felt uniquely catered to at Gilded. They took time to understand me, try on every dress I needed to, and gave me recommendations that felt like they knew me (wild!! given that we had only spent a couple of hours together) - bought the dress and am SO SO excited to receive it and wear it on my big day <3

I can’t put into words how amazing this place is, but I’ll try! First of all, the shop is beautiful and welcoming- I immediately felt at home here! They have a great setup for the rooms so that you and your friends/family get a wonderful experience. Secondly, Makenzie is just an absolute gem- she was patient with me as I changed my mind a million times and went back and forth on styles that I liked. She offered insight and suggestions, while also giving us free range to explore all of their lovely options (and they really do have so many)!! This was the second bridal shop I tried dresses on with, and there truly was no comparison- this is where you want to be!

This is over due but I wanted to leave a review about my experience shopping at Gilded with Makenzie.
Gilded was my last stop in my wedding dress shopping era tour. I had tried on what felt like 100 dresses (honestly it probably was) and had already found my dress but wanted to be 100% sure by checking out every last shop. IYKYK. I was exhausted and knew what dress I was going to buy but didn’t want to cancel my appointment so I stopped in. Spoiler…I didn’t find a dress… but I will say I had more fun shopping here than I did at any of the other boutiques (including where I found my dress- they were great too but I wasn’t as compelled to leave a review tbh).
First of all…the store itself is so beautiful. So much space in the dressing room which is needed when you’re dealing with a big ole wedding dress! The vibe is vibing so if you are looking for an aesthetically pleasing location to take pics..this is the place. And their selection of dresses is gorgggg. While I didn’t find my dress I am planning on returning to buy some accessories.
Second, I just felt very compelled to give Makenzie a personal shout out for making me feel so comfortable during my appointment. I am a curvy plus size bride who was terrified of dress shopping at the beginning of my search. At this point, I was a pro and knew what was going to work vs what wasn’t…but if I started here I think it would have put my mind at ease right away.
Not only were we laughing and having a fun time with her, but she was very knowledgeable about my options and tried her best to accommodate with my specifications without being too pushy. Although I didn’t find the dress I wish I did so she could get credit for being ahhmazing!
Thank you so much for a fun experience and I hope anyone reading this stops by Gilded and has the pleasure of working with Makenzie. I know they will have a fabulous time!

As a plus size bride, I was anxious at the thought of trying on wedding dresses and the item I was least excited about for wedding planning. Thankfully Gilded Bridal had many options with inclusive sizing and they also had many sample sizes up to the 18-20 range. All of the employees were extremely kind, supportive, and helpful. They also carry many designers that are unique to their store and which I couldn't find in other salons across NC. The ordering process was easy as well. Thank you Gilded Bridal for making my dress experience comfortable and a breeze!

I went to several well reviewed bridal shops in Raleigh and this salon was miles better than the rest! Susan helped me find my perfect dress and she was absolutely amazing. She really helped me understand my own vision and all 3 of my favorite dresses at the store were ones that she picked and I wouldn’t have even known I would love. It always felt so private and serene in the store and I loved the private rooms where you could easily and quickly try on many dresses and show them to your family and friends. There was never any pressure to try on anything over my budget or to buy the same day if I needed more time. Also the dress selection was truly amazing and they really have something for every type of bride. I will hands down recommend this salon to anyone I know getting married, it was truly a relaxing and fun experience which is not always the case at bridal salons!

An amazing experience with my girl, Susan! I felt comfortable with her and I could tell that she understood my body type and could see the vision I was going for, even though I was looking for something pretty specific that isn't available as a ready-to-wear option in Raleigh. She helped me bring my vision to life and used different add-on materials in the shop to make it happen. I can't recommend Gilded (and Susan, specifically) enough to any bride who is looking for a high-quality, low-stress environment to find their dress in!

This was the first stop on my list for trying on dresses and I was mostly flying blind. I had a wonderful experience (and found my dress)! My consultant was so warm and helpful. The shop itself is well laid out and I appreciated all of the veils and accessories available for reference also. Great selection, reasonable pricing. I’d definitely recommend adding this to your list of shops to check out.

This review is long overdue but highly recommend this bridal shop! It was so fun to try on dresses and I was fortunate enough to be able to visit on one of their sale days! The store makes you feel so welcome and they have a wonderful selection of dresses. I loved my dress--it was perfect for my winter wedding!

Gilded Bridal provided such a great dress shopping experience! They had a variety of styles and price ranges. My stylist, Makenzie, was so friendly and helpful. We had our own private room and she was incredibly helpful at helping me identify what I liked and disliked in each dress and narrow down. I found one I loved and had a second apt somewhere else that afternoon, and she more than happily allowed me to come back if I wanted to for that dress after my apt. I called her after the apt. And she let us come back and try it on again and I said yes! Would recommend to anyone!
