This goodwill had a pretty good selection if you’re willing to dig for it. However, something strange occurred today which has really put me off the place. I had been shopping for about an hour and was finishing up and decided to look at the books. Since my basket was heavy and the area was crowded, I set my basket down on a piece of furniture and walked away (I know, my mistake there). I come back not two minutes later and the basket is gone. I go looking for it and it’s been dumped in a massive shopping cart up at the front by the register. I go to grab it and the employee at the register goes “you can’t have that it’s trash” and I tell her “that’s my basket.” She goes “well your basket was unattended so now it’s trash.” I ended up having to pull a Karen fit for her to let me get my stuff “just this one time.” As I walked away, I heard her complaining about me to the staff about how my basket was a “trip hazard” (again, I left it on top of some furniture) and it was against policy for her to have let me have my stuff back. I really found the whole incident very strange- why were was there a big shopping cart of perfectly good clothes about to be thrown away? I saw her just taking clothes that weren’t hung properly or had fallen and putting them in the cart. The stuff I was buying was a pair of Levi’s, a Patagonia flannel, a Loft Sweater, and a 100% silk top, all in great shape. It doesn’t make sense that kind of stuff would be thrown out.

First time at this location. My cashier was very nice and I found some very cute items. However!!! It was only 11am on Aug 1st and the entire store had so many empty hangers all over the rows of clothes, and the fitting room floors were extremely dirty as you can see from the pix, and so many items left behind, plates, shoes, clothes. The cashier was the only worker I saw. There needs to be room for improvement on the upkeep of the store.

You can find lots of stuff here. Very cheap and the things here are actually kind of nice. You can actually sometimes find expensive brands here. I come at least once a week to this Goodwill. Have never had any problems and the people who work here are nice. Just never buy the stuffed animals, pillows, or bedding from here. It's probably disgusting. Just don't. But yeah the clothes are nice and there's a good selection. It's very organized and I like that.

Why have bins if you’re going to tell your customers everything they got from the bins cost more? What a joke. I ended up with 2 items when I originally had 10+. Woman working the register was very rude to me.. I understand having a bad day but don’t take it out on customers. She said she had to “verify” the items I got came from the bins and took one look at them saying “no these don’t belong there.” Won’t be going to this one anymore there are plenty of other goodwills in the area.

I shopped at this Goodwill for the first time today; the staff was friendly, and the store was clean. The selection of items was impressive, and the quality of the clothing and shoes was almost like new. I enjoyed it so much that I plan on returning to this store again.

I absolutely love this Goodwill! I always find name brands with tags! The store is one of the cleanest that I’ve seen and the staff is so friendly!! I dropped of a donation while shopping there last week and the manager helped to unload my car. I don’t live in Raleigh but I will drive the hour and a half to shop at this store!!

I went to this goodwill yesterday evening after work with know intention to buy anything, and found lots! They have amazing jewelry deals, beautiful dresses, and the employee's are very nice and friendly! I will definitely be going back to this location!
