Snobbish, white, young lady is a cashier here. Gave her a 2nd chance today and like the first time, no hello. Had this frown on her face and my receipt wasn't handed to me but crumped up into a pair of sneakers i had just bought. Happened at 6.45pm, Feb 20th 2024 incase the manager wants to review camera footage. This is not a people person. Keep her in the back to sort donations. Not on the floor interacting with customers with that frown. I almost added her photo but I'll be calling the manager tomorrow.

I do a lot of thrifting at multiple locations and I find that this one has great pre owned clothing in really good condition and a good variety!

They get FREE donations & turn around and charge you $40 for a pair of dirty jordans that they got for FREE & then have the audacity to ask you for a donation & they DONT have bags to give you but they will charge you for one if you need it. They're literally robbing you without a gun & not to mention the managers have the WORST attitude....Rude & disrespectful. Corporate needs to make changes ASAP!!!!!!!!!

Went to drop off items and the woman accepting items was one of the rudest people I have ever met. I didn't even leave everything I had to donate. Teach her some customer service skills.

One of the worst staff experience I had at a goodwill. The staff is very rude and lies. The person is a tall gray hair man. When I purchase an item I was told that I need to purchase it right away and then after I purchase it I wanted to use the bathroom and they told me no, even though my mom and sister used the bathroom the other day there. And when my sister tried to explain him that he just kept on saying no without letting her finish. I’ve been shopping at this Goodwill for years. I hope they can correct there staff attitude.

When I dropped off a few items for the new year...an employee by the name of VC had the worse attitude I've ever encountered at any Goodwill locations. Get rid of the employee by the initials VC! Quickly!!

You never know what you will find at any GCF. I had been looking for bedside lamps on Amazon for weeks. The local GCF had 2 lamps that caught my eye were such a great price. They are adjustable height lamps that work perfectly and had shades included. My plan is to bedazzle and bling lamps but current conditions are so nice I just cleaned lamps and put new bulbs in to start using them. I cant believe I only paid $7.99 each. Very sturdy, classic lamps were a true steal when you consider even at Ross ,Marshall's or other discount stores these lamps would easily sell for over $50 each. Now im pulling them into my Alexa system and LET THERE BE LIGHT

Impossible to shop if you've got an infant because they don't have carts, only baskets. I can't carry a 26 pound baby and a handbasket.
