Another bad experience here. I went to return something and was treated rudely. I should have remembered there are hardly any employees to help you and the manager Chris was unpleasant and seemed to enjoy giving me a hard time during my return.

If you need help at self checkout, see Abigail. She is polite and efficient. If you need help finding a product, see Owen. He will walk you to the product and answer any questions you have. Several of the other employees at this store should take lessons in customer service from Owen and Abigail. Those employees are one star. Owen and Abigail are five star employees.

Rented a Rug Doctor carpet cleaner from this Home Depot location. Process was easy to understand and the rental center employee was helpful and friendly. The machine was in good condition when we got it and came with the accessories that we needed. I would rent from them again.

My brother was in town and offered to help me buy a grill. We had already decided on a Weber Spirit Classic E-310 grill. The salesperson asked if we wanted the floor model but I wanted one still in the box. So he left to get one from the back and never returned. We stood there for 15 minutes waiting for him. Finally we wondered around looking for someone else to help us but couldn't find anyone else around. Was disappointed because I need my brother's help getting this home and set-up. Guess Home Depot lost a $650 sale and a customer.

Very rude Home Depot employee today 5/23/2023. Somewhat shocking actually. We were looking for an actual person to check us out inside the store. We saw the self-check out, but made our way to the "assisted check out" where we fully expected to find an actual cashier. The employee called us out indicating that there was a line actually going down one of the aisles. This was fine as we thought that was a line for self check out. At this point I decided to go outside to the Garden Center where I had seen actual cashiers. My wife went back over to the employee telling him that she did not understand the line for "assisted check out" as that is what we were looking for. He turned to her being apparently irritated and said to my wife, "Don't you have something better to do?" Will not be taking my business back to Home Depot. ACE Hardware and Lowe's will be my new go to's. DO BETTER HOME DEPOT!

Just wanted to let Home Depot know I went to your store Saturday to buy a kitchen sink faucet after seeing how much your store marks them up I decided not to buy instead I look on Amazon and found most of the same faucets for much less in some cases over a $120 less it seems a lot of stores have marked up there prices to the point where I'm going to have to start shopping on Amazon more.

It seems to me on reading the majority of the " reviews",that whilst the writers did in fact have genuine cause to " have a moan": it also seems that some of the more Senior Management Staff appear to treat said complaints with a cavalier manner!! HOWEVER, it equally obvious that the Reviews containing praise & complements were sparse and seemed to be " swamped" by the adverse Reviews!! I really try to be fair when putting in Reviews by acknowledging both " The Good, The Bad & The Ugly"!!! , but REALLY wish that at least a higher percentage of the MANY Customers could write about some of the excellent service they receive. ( I really should! Keep an eye on both the length and the grammar of my Reviews!!: both making it very daunting to read and comprehend!!) In closing, coming from Wales with a touch of Liverpool ,England causing me to have both spoken & written excess ergo I shall have to control my output!! Many Regards, John Hulligan.

Ordered an online order. When we arrived to pick the order up (four days and two “your order is ready for pick up” notifications later), the order was in fact not assembled like we had requested online. Spoke with customer service member who was very snippy about online or “.com” orders not communicating with the store. How is this a thing with a huge store like Home Depot?! After dealing with a representative over the phone about a solution (or lack there of), ultimately decided to take our order ($800 worth) to shop local, and would advise others to do the same. Thanks for the poor customer service Home Depot, will never purchase from you again!

Don't make the mistake of having to call this store as chances are very good you'll hang up in frustratioin before you ever get to talk to someone that can actually help you.
