The staff here have always been very nice. My only complaint is that I have come in several times on the weekend, to the one staff member being overrun by people.

Overall good experience but got sold the wrong type of game and the store smelled like marijuana

Always have had great buying experiences here. Staff is always friendly and helpful with various items in the store. Whatever management is doing it seems to work well here.
