DON'T shop here! believe me. I shoped there 2 weeks ago. I go with baby new born and buy many clothes so i did not paid attention enough on the jean( with white streaks splattered) i came to the store to return a guy William Carrion didn't even wait for me to fisnish he said can not return without the tag( there are 3 tag and i lost 1) I wanted to wash it before wearing but noticed the jean is not good. The employees so rude to said I put some liquid on the jean. Omg for what I wanted the same jean. It is crazy.

Discrimination. I wanted to look at some accessories. The girl & guy there made our whole family uncomfortable, to the point where we left. They were following us around the store, staring, frowning, just being extremely condescending & rude in their attitude. You lost a sale, and a customer. Hope it was worth it.

Ashley is discriminating against people, i know because she sounds nice too some but sounds completely different and disrespectful against others who i believe sound different idk. i will never want to work for someone like her or even shop

Needed to grab a couple dresses for vacation & found jeans & sweaters on sale. Not quite sure of my size & didn't want to try on in store so I asked the sales associate about the return policy. 30 days refund with receipt or a store credit with tags still attached. Spent about 400$ and went home. Tried on everything & left for my vacation. Had 1 dress & 1 jeans that didn't fit so I had those in my trunk to exchange for correct sizes when I got around to go to the mall. Well my attempt to return/exchange went horrible. Walked in past two sales associates flirting with each other who ignored me when I told them I had some items to exchange. Got to the register & handed over my receipt & a dress & jeans & asked if I could exchange for the correct sizes. She took a look at the dress (I had bought on sale) & said we don't even have that anymore, and looking at your receipt your past the 30 days. I asked if I can exchange for store credit at the current selling price & she said no because I've already seen your receipt. You can come back tomorrow without your receipt to do it. I asked to speak to a manager & told her I don't think she understands the policy & she got an attitude & said she is the manager & she doesn't need to learn anything because she already knows everything & she will call security if I don't leave!!! I told her she can call security & she walked off then came back & asked me to please just leave the store.
