Just cannot express how detail oriented and meticulous to get the end product percent to my liking. My Moots build was perfect, and I tend to be very particular! THE most fastidious, and conscientious, and communicative bike mechanic that I have ever had the ever had the pleasure of working with. Frank has incredible wheel building skills. So fortunate to have found this shop.

Frank knows his stuff. Plain and simple. Buy a bike from Frank. You will not regret it. Got two full builds and a custom wheelset this year from him. His attention to detail is second to none. On top of that, he is probably the best wheel builder in the area and his name comes up often at trailheads and forums when someone is looking to have a wheelset built up.If you want a cheap bike with terrible customer service, go somewhere else. Otherwise, go to Frank.

Have done business with Frank for 3 or 4 years now. He provides exceptional service and has helped me set up my regular and touring bicycles in manner that is suits my particular interest and capabilities. I highly recommend him!

Frank is “The Man”! Hands down the best bike mechanic/ bike guy around. He’s like the mad scientist that just loves bikes. He built my first Specialized M2 about 20 years ago and is keeping rolling in the new Pivots. Never disappoints! Everything is just down the right way.

I called up Frank and he spoke to me for over 30min on the phone, we hung out in his shop talking abt bikes for over an hour, he fitted me for the right size, set up a few extra details to really get the bike exactly how I wanted it, and he made it all happen same-day so I could have the bike ready for a trip.

Called before visiting so I could schedule a bike fitting. Was told to send an email. Sent an email and received a response the next day informing me that he'd be in touch early the following week to set something up. Never heard from him. Maybe he does great work and is super busy. I wouldn't know because I wasn't able to get in and he never followed through on what he said he'd do. Not a good way to grow a business.

Super, knowledgeable and helpful shop that cares about customers! While it may not be your typical showroom, DO NOT let that deter you. Glitz and glamour does not make a bike shop good... but someone like Frank does. I plan to be a customer for life.. and I've not even committed to buying a bike from him yet!

If you want a great bike that fits, go to Frank. I got a Parlee from Frank and it's the most comfortable bike I've owned in almost 30 years. You will not be able to walk in and get one off the shelf like the box bike stores. My hunch is you will not buy your first bike here, but you could certainly buy your last bike here. You'll also be able to get the perfect set of wheels based on your own size and riding needs. Frank builds terrific wheels. I'm a fan!!!
