I am in love with Franchesca store . They have cute cloth for all year and always have great deals. . I love their earrings because they do not hurt my ear. Today I am wearing this cute once . I will come back for more earring and cloth.

I came in on a last minute rush and the store manager was so polite and helpful. She and her staff helped me pick out my fit from head to toe for a comedy show I was in town for… thanks ladies!

I’m a wheelchair user and the staff at this location went out of their way to make things easy for me in their store. Saved an accessible fitting room for me and took things back there for me as I shopped. Thanks wonderful ladies?

10/10 recommend this store to anyone and everyone ! I was having the absolute worst luck trying to find a last minute sassy and classy dress and Caitlin and Risa went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me! They took over, found all different types and styles of dresses and put me in a fitting room! They are both so kind, passionate for what they do, accommodating, wonderful young ladies ! Their manager should be so proud of the workers they have ! They greeted me from the time I walked into the door. They turned my whole entire night around ! Great job ladies ❤️

WOW, THIS just happened… my daughter went in for the “Black Friday” sale. She spent a lot of time picking out beautiful jewelry because the “sale” was buy one piece and get the 2nd piece for $8. When she got to the register she discovered that only a few dollars had been taken off and definitely not the advertised sale. When my wife and daughter pointed this out to the sales associate no effort was made to correct it. They left the jewelry and no sale was made. This is false advertising at its finest.

I LOVE this store and the brand itself ! Definitely worth checking out in Crabtree or wherever your area is! They have so many nicknacks, pretty clothing, candles and more as well as great sales and amazing staff!

I never used to shop at boutique's, but Francesca's has really become one of my favorites. Most of their stuff is expensive, but you can get really good deals when they are having sales and the quality is worth it. I just got these star earrings and I cannot wait to wear them with a cute outfit. They also have a really cute pair of brown boots that I wish I would have gotten!

Whoever worked this morning 9/9, it was a young women and man ( so sorry I forgot yalls names) they’re AMAZING. I had the worst experience at every single store in Crabtree but from start to finish was so nice and helpful! Leave tomorrow for a huge trip and was gonna have a meltdown and they made all my outfits come together. I really hate shopping but they made it so much better. THANK YOU! I know retail can be hard but y’all were so helpful. I’ll definitely be back.

I don't normally review clothing stores. However, after my experience tonight, I felt the need to. I have shopped at Francesca's for years, and like most similar smaller medium quality clothing stores, the service is usually pretty good with the occasional slightly fake employee. Tonight, I was struggling because I realized at the last moment that my holiday party dress was not going to work at all and specifically thought about Francesca's where I could find a good variety without overspending. I went in about an hour before close (and in mid December). There was definitely a good selection, but because it was last minute I had to try on a ton of stuff to make extra sure I found something that fit properly. One employee was so helpful! She was constantly taking stuff off my hands for the dressing room as my arms got filled up. She checked on me while I was in the dressing room, and gladly grabbed another size for me. She had such a good attitude even when the mall was super crowded near closing, and seemed very genuine. Then, when I went to check out, that employee was just as kind and genuine. People may read this and say "that's their job" but it is not easy to find this kind of customer service in Raleigh. I was very impressed and left feeling a lot better than when I went in!

Stopped in last weekend and the store was incredibly busy yet both employees were standing (leaning) behind the counter discussing personal matters including summer plans and what their boyfriends were doing for the summer. As a retail employee I understand that sometimes non work related conversation comes up but there were at least 10 people in the store and all I could here was how someone's boyfriend was working for BOA this summer. My friend really wanted a pair of earrings but I encouraged her to go across the way and buy from a store that at least cared that we were there. At the end of the day, this was unacceptable and I will not be returning to this store.
