I am disappointed how their phone works when a woman that answered the phone said, when I did not ask her a question, “yes, Ma’am” and when I questioned her about the Ma’am and why she called me that, she hung up.

I was in a rush to get a canvas done for my sister's birthday. I was having some bad experiences from some online retailers and ended up calling Frameworks Gallery and Frame Design for help. Mary answered all my questions over the phone and took care of my order like a champion. I was able to get the canvas before my sister's celebration, and the quality was TOP NOTCH. It’s Christmas Eve and I was desperately looking to get a painting framed for a gift to give tomorrow. I found Frameworks in the neighborhood and stopped in. They didn’t have a ton of options of frames in stock but worked with me to find one that worked and was able to get it done within a hour. The results are fantastic and I can’t wait to gift this tomorrow.

The quality of their work is exceptional and they're now my go-to framing store. I had a 48" canvas that I needed stretched and framed but was concerned about damaging the oils. Mary and team took great care of my art and the end result was better than expected! When the canvas wouldn't fit into my car, Mary quickly arranged a drop off at my home. I just rehung this print I had framed for my fiance THIRTY-ONE years ago! On a lark, I peeked on the back to see where I had it framed. So I googled Frameworks Raleigh...what a pleasant surprise to find out you are still in business! I haven't lived in Raleigh since then, but can attest to the quality of their work!

Great work every time from these folks. I've had about seven pieces framed, including a tricky double sided poster that they placed between two sturdy plastic covers. I've been happy with everything they've done.
