“I have a most frustrating issue with RBC bank regarding a mortgage loan payment they ruled was a single late payment Caused by the inability of the USPS to deliver a payment in sufficient time to be processed. Despite my numerous protests , RBC advised they were filing a report with an un-named Credit Bureau charging my account with a late payment fee. In fact , RBC personnel told me the delayed payment was Not caused by me. RBC would NOT provide me with any internal reports prepared by them & simply exhibited a\”
