I hope they put everything back the way it was before the remodel.... This used to be the best food lion in Wake county there was nothing outdated or old in here everything was perfect and then they decided to remodel it for no reason... Whoever decided to remodel this food Lion needs to be fired.

Not bad, what you would expect from a chain store. However, this location is old, and aging. Many shelves are empty April 2024 & some repairs were going on.

My mother and I were at our neighborhood food lion and had a terrible experience with two employees. We asked to do a western union transaction and the lady told us in the front that she would be back to help us. We waited a long time and then assumed the lady forgot about us so we asked the closest cash register employee named Tina to help us. Tina was extremely rude with her responses to my mother. She had a bad attitude that was unprompted and yelled “she told you she was coming back”. My mother told her to not speak to her that way or any customer that way. Tina kept yelling and kept being very rude. The other lady finally came to help and we complained about Tina. She (the supposed customer service manager) told us she couldn’t do anything because she did not see it happen even when another customer came up and said that Tina has a terrible attitude and was very rude to us. I told her all she needs to do is apologize and she said “I apologize to you but I also apologize to my employee.” Anyone in customer service would know that this would just escalate a situation. These employees need to be fired bc their attitudes are terrible and their treatment of customers are horrible. I also like to mention that there are many more complaints about Tina on here. Hopefully food lion will do something about this so other customers aren’t treated like this. They have lost two customers who will never shop at another food lion again as it seems to be an extremely unwelcoming establishment.

The cashier was extremely rude. Her name is Tina J. This lady needs to be fired. I have been going to this store for 15 years and have never been treated so rudely. Apparently, this cashier has many complaints but Food Lion has not responded to any of the complaints on this cashier . Obviously, Food Lion management doesn’t care about their customer's complaints about this employee. The worst experience I have ever had! I will no longer shop at the Jones Franklin Food Lion. I will be shopping elsewhere.

While shopping at Food Lion, I had a negative experience with one of the female cashier staff who was extremely rude to me. She appeared disinterested in providing good customer service and was dismissive when I asked her a question. I was left feeling embarrassed and disappointed with the overall experience. I hope that Food Lion takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all of their employees, regardless of gender, provide respectful and professional service to their customers.

Went to checkout, got sent to another line even though the cashier in the line I walked up to was finished checking out the previous customer. I wait in the other line watching her just chat and then accept the next customer to walk in her line. Finish checkout and walk to the exit, and same cashier wants to yell at me, "you want to say something". What a garbage attitude Tina.

Super kind employees, most products located, sadly they do not have gluten free bread, frozen gluten free waffles or fresh broccoli in the produce section. I have shopped here a few times now and I’ve always had a good experience.
