Thank you to The Young Gentleman at Food Lion who picked up my $51.37 bill because #FirstHorizonBank customer service is crap! My card declined for some unknown reason ( yes I had money in the account) called

This is an absolutely wonderful bank. The office construct is small and intimate-- making for meaning relationships to be made with the clients and staff. Anytime I have needed assistance, I haven't once been met with anything other than "we will take care of you." So happy with this banking community.
