My parents have been long-time clients of FCB. I needed to help them with some banking/finance issues and Korrie Ward stepped right up to the plate to make sure everything was taken care of. She made everything easy and seamless and ensured all of their banking needs were being met. I've known Korrie for years now and she is professional, responsive, knowledgeable and has a servant's heart. If you need a good personal banker, her and her team will absolutely take care of you!

This location has the worst customer service. Rude and unprofessional each time I go. Close to me the only reason I go. Don’t expect much.

If I could give zero stars I would for the rudeness of the tellers, especially Nancy. It's amazing that the bank allows this. PNC next door does a better job with super friendly staff.

I have NEVER disputed a bank for a charge. They sent checks so I can pay my rent and all the checks have the wrong address on them. I even changed my address BEFORE I ordered the checks. They closed my app account and never received my husband's debit card.

The tellers in the Wakefield branch are extremely rude. They talk down to the customers and have a since that they are superior. I will not be banking at this branch again and are serious thinking of moving my accounts. They all need to be retrained in customer service.

First citizens Bank is not military family friendly. Try to get something notarized and because I do not have a bank account with them they are unwilling to help. Again we're a military family with no local banking We use USAA. Thank God for Wells Fargo they are military family appreciative and willing to help me get something notarized.

Terrible service!! Managers are rude and very unpleasant! Staff goes out of there way to call other locations and share your account information. Went to a different location that has great service found out the same manager made the staff not cash my paycheck the way we always handle business.ill be closing this account. Do your self a favor and stay away from first citizens bank!!

POOR SERVICE. I deposited a check from my wife’s bank account to my account on Monday and was cleared from her account the next day but they still to hold for a week. I went with my wife showed both of our IDs and explained that we need make the payment but they didn’t helped at all.

I've been banking with them forever. I have been ill and its hard for me to venture out. I needed copies of my checking acct. So after i ran errand today, i knew i wasnt able to go in an wait. I called the manager Correy, and asked if they could print up for me. She had me go thru the drive-thru to pick the papers up. Their cust serv is the best..

I've been a very happy customer of First Citizens Bank. I've worked in Banking for 10 years (Not at FCB) and knew local banks pretty well. So when I opened my business accounts, I went to FCB. Everyone at this location were really nice, and so far I've had excellent experience at the location with all my banking needs.

My card was deactivated due to fraudulent activity. A new card was order for me, shipped to this location. I never received a call that my card arrived last week. When I did receive my card on friday and activated it on a saturday it declined at a restaurant. A duplicate card was sent, not a new one. Being that it was veterans day and I've gone all weekend with no funds.. I'm very unhappy at this point. I got back to this location and explain this to the teller at the front. Not only was she unapologetic but VERY RUDE! I will be switching banks very soon!

First Citizens has terrible customer service. They changed my pin without telling me, hit me with fees that dont apply to my card type, and finally delayed a dispute to the point that I wasn't able to recover the funds. TERRIBLE experience. Came to this branch to close my account, and despite it being empty no one cared to ask about why I wanted to close my account. Bad all around.
