The service tech was extremely kind, professional and helpful. He offered a discount that was available and did not try to take advantage. The reason for not giving 10, is I explained my pet peeve was not having my clock reset and it still wasn't. Overall, I was very pleased with my service.

The wonderful folks at Firestone at Beacon Plaza were able to fit me in for an end-of-year inspection, and they were quick, efficient, friendly, and professional. Recommend!!!Also, while waiting you can walk over to Dulcinea Bakery and get some wonderful treats :)

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I took my lexus them for a tune up and they claimed they couldn't do it because oil leaked into where the spark plugs go. They claimed I needed to have another shop take the cylinder head off and have it sent to a machine shop. I asked them if it could be the valve cover gaskets that caused oil to leak in there and they swore it was a problem with the head that was beyond what they do. I spoke with a lexus tech and he assured me they clearly didn't know what they were talking about. After Firestone tech told me about the leak, he immediately offered to buy the car from me and I sternly declined. I don't suggest anyone ever do business with nor take their vehicle there as they clearly aren't trustworthy. I should've known better than to go back there after they lied about fixing my Honda back in 2009 claiming it had blown head gasket. Clearly things haven't changed and they should look into hiring more trustworthy technicians.

I got approved for my Firestone credit card and was able to use it the following day. It allowed me to get caught up with my maintenance services. I received five services and was out in less than 4 hours with a reasonable price. Scott was great and thanks so much to the technician Angel.

I brought my car there, informing them that I thought the starter or alternator needed to be changed. They never gave me a diagnostic to determine what was wrong, they never followed up and said that they couldn't check my car because the fob was causing a security issue. I got my car towed over to the dealership and guess what.. it was the starter. They did absolutely nothing for a week. I would never take my car back to this place. It was the worse auto service that I could've ever experienced.

I was able to bring my car in at night to leave over night for them to start work on it. The next day they shared with me repairs that needed to be done. I gave the go ahead. They did all the repairs. it was a price I could live with. They used all elible coupons and I could pay it off in six months without interest. My car now drives like it is new. Awesome!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my car serviced! Everyone from the managers to the professionals in the shop were fantastic and went above and beyond. Truly good people! (Also if corporate sees this, give the manager Tommy a raise!)

Just stopped for a quick air check & even with being busy, there were as nice as can be. Spoke with a young man name Arni [I think that's his name] super kind & very attentive. I will go back for service!

I am so thankful for the store manager Tommy for helping me out in my time of need ,he did everything within his power to make sure my car was fixed and done that same day. Also thankful for the general manager Brad for making sure everything was done right. Will always keep coming back to them for help when needed.

These guys are amazing. I came wheeling in like a nut case because I had to get to the hospital. They pulled me and took care omj7ii.7jjf the nail in my tire. While they had it up, I asked them to check my brake pads and rotors that I just had placed somewhere else. They got me in and out and I left calm and comforted that the issue was taken care of. Highly recommend!! Kudos to Adam for his great customer service.

i had an appt for an alignment, my car was in 45 mins later. Once done i asked where my alignment report was and said he did not have it that the printer was "broke" that i had to take his word for it. I told the guy so you cant prove you adjusted anything? The car could of been fine and not needed anything. I told him i shouldn't have to pay for something you cant show me you did. He said if you don't pay you don't get your car back. I paid and went on about my business. The report is standard practice, you have to give people that. if your machine is not working then make that know or take them back there and show them before and after results. If he would of told me that i would of went somewhere else. From the time i got there until i left i did not have a good experience. from the customer service to the work performed. I will not be returning here for anything or recommending people.Service: Wheel alignment

This Firestone staff is amazing! They stayed after hours just to get me a new tire after mine had popped on the side of the interstate. They were so nice and accommodating and was really fast with my tire change. I couldn't speak more highly of this staff after my experience. I would always recommend them to anyone from now on! So thankful they had enough compassion to wait after hours to help me out. I had called several other tire shops in the area and they all declined to stay open late or didn't have the inventory that I needed. Thanks again for everything. I am so grateful for this team!!

Was not very satisfied with the service I received today. I had an appointment today for a state inspection. My car failed the inspection because there was something wrong with both of my front tires. I never got the name of the first person who helped me, but he showed me what was wrong with the tires. He told me they had the tires there to put on so that my car could pass inspection. There were assumptions made on both ends. I assumed that this location had the Michelin Defender tires that I previously had and he assumed that I wanted the Firestone tires. He did not communicate that with me at all. Now I have mismatch tires on a car that’s still kind of new. I felt like I was kind of taken advantage of because I am a young woman and do not know much about cars. I also feel like he didn’t even bother to communicate that with me because they were busy. I have been working in customer service for years and know what it is like to work under pressure, but I always make sure I communicate with my customer about what products they are getting. The 2 stars is because the second guy I spoke to with the long hair (I believe his name is Adam) took the time to listen to my frustrations and actually communicated with me with no attitude at all when I had questions about the tires. He also told me they could have ordered the Michelin Defenders, and I would have been happy to wait for those tires to come in and do another inspection. But since they had already put their tires on, I would’ve had to pay for another set of tires. Because of him, I may continue to come to this location. But then again I don’t know. Very annoyed at the fact that I have mismatch tires. ?Service: Tires
