I had a pretty bad experience here trying to buy a piece of jewelry. The sales associate passed my information on to Lila who flat out ignored any correspondence I sent to her. I would not do business here as their customer service is lacking. They do not care if you purchase from them.

Chae is amazing! She has impeccable taste so I can always count on her opinion with jewelry. We spent over an hour choosing the right ring. I have felt rushed at other jewelry stores in the past and always end up returning or exchanging later but thanks to Chae’s patience and hospitality I truly love my ring.

Excellent customer service with knowledgeable staff who know their products. They have an excellent selection of fine jewelry and take their time to get to know your individual needs and interests. I highly recommend Allan Bake for anyone looking to acquire a Rolex timepiece or needs advice on updating their unused diamond setting.

When I walked in the shore, it was a little bit busy and I was greeted by someone, however did take a couple minutes because they were busy. I did get my watch fixed and the time they stated and it was OK.

I'm so impressed with the amazing service of Fink's, Allan took care of me like he was family, he helped me find the perfect watch for my husband withing my budget price and all my requirements, he offered engraving and it turned out so beautiful, I couldn't be happier, I will definitely recommend Fink's Jewelers and I will be back to see Allan for my future purchases.

Always a great experience at Finks. An excellent selection of merchandise and outstanding customer service. So many jewelry stores staff are very standoffish and not helpful. The staff at Finks is always friendly, courteous and patient whether you are spending thousands or just looking. The manager of the North Hills location Neil, is a joy to work with. Finks rocks!
