The customer service here is a BIG ZERO! The 2 girls working in the store do not care about customers at all. Nice selection of shoes, but I'm NEVER going back in there.

I was so disappointed with this store I picked up a pair of All white Nike air max 97 I told the female that work in the store That shoes was dirty. And you can tell the shoes had been worn by somebody and brought back to the store. There was no paper inside of the shoes and the Nike sign have been worn off on the inside of the shoe so I informed The female trying to sell me the shoes that I didn’t want those dirty pair of shoes so she goes in the back and put paper inside of the shoes and bring the same dirty shoes out, goes to the register and ring them up for me to buy them she did not come back to me at all. Show me the shoes or nothing, so after sitting down for about two or three minutes, I walked to the counter look at the shoes, which was the same shoes. She tried to sell me in the beginning, so I looked at the shoes told her Those were the same dirty shoes. She got an attitude, and I walked out of the store.

very rude. felt like i was bothering employees trying to return an item. Manager would not help at all and had an attitude. Worst customer service I've ever received from any establishment.

Worst experience EVER! I walked into the store to see all the employees gathered in the back. They all turned their heads to see me but not one greeted me. They looked more annoyed that interrupted their little session. I stood by the counter with my return and I stared at them to see if one of them was going to walk over and do their job. Eventually, one employee walked over. He started the process of my return and asked for my form of payment, I informed him it was through Afterpay. He wasn’t too sure how to proceed and asked for help from a girl with glasses. She turned out to be useless and told him to put my return on a gift card. I was stunned at the lack of training. I’ve been to numerous stores that accept returns from Afterpay and it has never been this complicated! Complete waste of my time and gas. I was better off shipping the shoes back or going to a different location.

I just so happen to walk in this store today, and shortly after I witnessed 2 employees being very rude and aggressive with one of the customers. One of those employees began to yell and scream at the customer. Yelling and profanity and more yelling. I don’t know how it started but I heard the customer ask the employee why are you yelling, but as she continued that then africa yes the customer to begin raising his voice as well. Never in my life will I come to this store again just off of the strengthen of how awful the customer service was that I witnessed. The customer wasn’t aggressive or anything but the employee was, I’ve never seen anything like this before. And I even heard her say she’s the manager, who the heck put her in position to lead when she’s behaving like that towards customers? Just unreal. Never again and nobody I know will come here again either, the staff today was a pure embarrassment everyone in the store noticed it. I’d give zero stars if I could. I saw what I wanted to buy but because of this I walked out and left.

I went to this location on Saturday it was busy. Customer service was Great!!! The manager was walking around greeting customers with a smile on her face. Thank you to the employees and the Manager of this location. Feels good to spend money at a place that appreciate your visit. I will be back again! Happy Holidays!

Customer service skills suck. Everyone greets you with their heads down in their phones. Purchased a pair of shoes, tried to return them three times. Just for them to tell me they don’t have any money in the store. Well if you have absolutely no money please close down bc it makes no sense.
