If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unwilling to help out in any way. Save your time and go to an actual Finish Line, they claim not to be affiliated with Finish Line while having the name and signage all over their shoe department.

They wouldn’t accept my return even though the finish line website says they qualify as a store to return to. They stated it’s because they’re a finish line through Macy’s… But you’re still a finish line? They just didn’t want to go through the effort it seems.

Can’t accept online returns. The website should be more clear about this so people don’t waste their time driving over. Awful customer service.
