I like the products but the customer service is AWFUL and unwelcoming. I was in the store and barely acknowledged. The lady who was helping me behaved as if she did not know how to provide customer service to those who do not look like herself. Please train your staff on equally serving diverse populations since there are other places to get quality materials.

I absolutely love this store! The staff are so kind, friendly, and they are the most helpful! The store is warm and inviting with gorgeous displays and a large variety of products to choose from. Always so pleasurable to visit and work with! Highly recommend for your home needs!

It's a good thing they have an exclusive dealership on Wolf and Subzero, because after today's experience with a customer service person in accounts, I sorely question how this company can survive with this type of low level employee. I put 8000 dollars down on a Wolf stove 7 months ago, so when I received word that it was in, I was thrilled. I asked the accounts person to do two things: call me to set up a delivery date and to send me the amount owed. I waited and never heard from her, so I called her. Not much customer service there, but it went downhill from there. Although I asked specifically for the amount due on the stove only, she sent me a bill for two other items I had purchased elsewhere. When I clarified that the note said stove only, i asked again for a final bill for my business. I did not get that. I got the original bill with the 8000 acknowledged in a separate email, but not in the final receipt. When I asked what it would take for me to get a final bill, I got no further emails. Instead, I got a call from the delivery company, who should never have called me as my bill was not yet finalized. I explained that to the delivery person, but I then spent more than two hours of my time trying to get a final payment acknowledgment in the Raleigh office. When did an accurate receipt of the amount due on an item become a frill?I would strongly suggest shopping at Ferguson and buying items that are not Ferguson only items elsewhere because there is no customer service until you shake some trees, and clearly you run the risk of being over billed by an employee who should never have been in customer relations/ billing to start with. if You enjoy wasting your time, getting the royal run around and just feeling like you are unheard, Ferguson is the perfect store for you. They break relationships with the customer, rather than affirm them.

I totally agree with Ms. Jennifer Y. Norma has been the most knowledgeable and helpful throughout the years that I have been working with her. Her input and guidance in the selection process for the several projects that we have done were most appreciated. Norma made ordering, purchase, and delivery process so easy. Count on it! She will be thee for any after sale support and service.

I'm a home remodeling designer and construction coordinator in the area and have worked with Norma Falk for a good 5 years or more now. I can't speak for Ferguson as a company but only the experience I have had with them while working with her and has always been a great experience. I send clients in with a shopping list of items and she assists them to make plumbing and appliance selections according to my plans and to meet their needs and budget. My only issue was with a job when the shipping was handled by a separate person / department, they didn't have everything coordinated as well as she typically did. She's now working out of the Raleigh, NC location so if anyone is reading this and looking for a great referral you'll be in great hands.

Worked with Norma for many many years! I will say she is terrific and product knowledge is beyond any other sales person. She returns emails quickly and is very efficient. Ordering is seamless and the follow up continues to be superior even when back orders are involved. Ferguson also has the best customer service dept. Along with Norma I would never purchase anywhere else!

Our builder reccomended ferguson as the local "high end dealer". It was our first house, we didn't know better. Constant turn over, horribly messed up our orders, no support for issues in order/delivery, and after buying their premier 12k Italian stove, it broke in the first year. TWO YEARS LATER we still can't get it fixed. They souced the stove through a chain of 4 no-name 'distributers' who are unresponsive and-or out of business. Warrantee is the same, resold from a reseller of a third party provider, and no way to get traction. Because its a foreign brand there is only ONE importer, and they dont jave any idea about this mess. STAY AWAY.

We went in to buy new flooring that is on their website she immediately got nasty at the front desk said we don’t do do flooring you’re on your own we won’t assist you at all. We needed to purchase floors, lighting, appliances due to a house fire and they lost our business because of their very rude front desk help. All she had to say was unfortunately wish we could help but it’s online only. She told me call my builder over and over. You need etiquette training.

I was helped by Rachel Peloquin and she went out of her way to personally deliver an undamadged stainless steel sink to my house in time for a new granite counter top installation. We have used Ferguson for over fifteen years and always appreciate their exceptional customer service.

? So on this day, as we approach Thanksgiving, I am grateful for Eddie! In these crazy times, sometimes it is difficult to get a plumbing contractor to a home for my client. So I have to improvise to keep my client happy. Well Eddie a sales person for the contractor sales office in the back (not in the showroom) at Ferguson off Yonkers Rd helped me so much. ?? I had pictures and dimensions of what I wanted but no idea how to get it. Eddie was so patient, kind and professional. He really knows his way around the different manufacturers that all have a vast selection of the parts we needed to update the kitchen sink faucet, a new powder room pedestal sink, new powder room touchless brushed gold faucet and a new toilet lever to match the new pedestal sink faucet! All for a great price with delivery in two business days. My client is so happy to know that this will all be completed by Friday evening the week before Thanksgiving! And my client was just hoping for it to be completed by Wednesday of the following week. Now I can focus on my family's needs next week and finished my week with a bang! . THANKS EDDIE!

Avoid these guys like the plague (or like a rampant case of COVID).I purchased a built-in Sub-Zero Fridge/Freezer combo from Ferguson for roughly $10k. However, when they installed the fridge and freezer, they only connected the waterline to the ice maker and did not connect the fridge waterline. When I called them they told me that there was only one water line behind the appliance, so that is all they installed. I had to email them a photo from my builder proving to them that there were in fact two waterlines behind the appliance. They reluctantly agreed to come back out to my house to install the waterline.It is now over three months later, and after numerous calls and emails, they still have not come out to install the waterline. They don't even bother responding to my calls or emails. When I do manage to get in touch with someone I am "yessed" to death, or I am handed off to someone else, or my case is transferred to installation or warranties. But nothing gets done.You would think that on such an expensive appliance they would provide a decent level of service. Like I said AVOID...

Recently my wife and I embarked on renovation of our kitchen and powder room. We went to Ferguson to purchase our plumbing supplies and lights for the bathroom. We highly recommend making an appointment with Brandi Jeter, one of their showroom reps. Brandi was extremely helpful in assisting us with picking out the multiple items needed based on our taste and budget. There were a vast number of options and Brandi helped us through the process. She displayed excellent customer service and patience throughout the purchasing process and was very responsive to our follow up questions via emails and phone calls as issues arose during deliveries and construction. Brandi was very easy to work with and we highly recommend using her as you select items for your kitchen or bathroom project.

Staff and customer service is terrible. I built a house and bought all my appliances from here including grills for outdoor kitchen. Had so many issues with several appliances and the store was practically impossible to get help with anything. They claim to be there 100% with any issues after the sale but the truth is they use some third party company to handle service issues as way to pawn you off so they can focus on selling more product. I will never buy from them again and warn any of my friends to shop elsewhere.
