These guys were great! Had a few questions about my DIY job. Got solid advice and purchased proper extractor along with new parts. Broken shower pipe threads removed. New pipe installed. Thanks Ferguson team. Highly recommend.

I called asking for a very niche part for my garbage disposal that I couldn’t find anywhere online and the woman who answered was unbelievably helpful and she even contacted the manufacturer on my behalf (they didn’t answer my phone call!) and arranged one shipped to my house. I didn’t end up needing to purchase anything from Ferguson but for future plumbing needs I will always come here now!

I am sitting outside of the Ferguson on Western after an amazing experience facilitated by two employees named Anthony and Josh. They were both extremely helpful and knowledge about plumbing and just all around good people. The willingness to help and share knowledge really blew me away and i highly recommend everyone to shop at Ferguson for their plumbing supply needs.

I needed a water Presure reducer valve for my house. I was able to find exactly what I needed here. The workers are very knowledgeable and helped me understand what I needed to do. I was able to complete the job myself. Thanks appreciate you.

Super helpful staff. I don't have an account and just walked in, they took care of me and got me what I was looking for in under 15 minutes, including a warehouse check and price checks. I'll be coming back when I need more plumbing supplies for sure

Needed a compression fitting; guy behind the counter pointed the section to me, said that's all yet had. No help or suggestions on how to find what I needed. Looks like they have a lot of products though. Update: Thank you Ferguson customer service for the reply; at this time I do not need assistance...I had to order the part on-line.
