I went to drop off a package to ship that had a lithium battery label on it, like would be in a notebook, digital camera etc., I found out that this location cannot take packages if you have this label attached. You must take it to the Fedex location on Atlantic Avenue.
Just a heads up to save you time from going to the wrong location.

Excellent service at FedEx on Glenwood Ave. Terrel gave us such supreme customer service: focused, thorough, and very professional. It is our "go-to" FedEx store when we need anything involving sure-fire shipping.

The assistant manager Terrell was one of the nicest people I have worked with- I had a huge issue with a package at the local distribution center and he made sure I was able to find a solution. One of the best customer service experiences I have had.
