I wanted to highlight the amazing customer service I have received from two different employees on separate occasions - Carlos and Terrell. Every single time that I have come in to ship, they have been absolutely so friendly and so accommodating. They are so patient and just really wonderful guys and their team is so lucky to have them! I had a great experience here. Zellina and Terrell went above and beyond to provide a top-notch experience and level of customer service that exceeded my expectations. Recently had to print a pretty complicated order. The girl helping me was training and she provided some of the best customer service I’ve had at this location. She was so patient and easy to talk to.

M’Lysia is AMAZING. She was enormously helpful in the process of printing my artwork to sell for the first time. She was patient, thorough, connected with me and what I was hoping to create - felt like she became a collaborator and supporter in helping me bring my visions to life. I had several different prints that I wanted in different sizes so it was a complex order. She handled the whole thing with grace and even made it fun. Thank you M’Lysia!

Small envelope at Fedex cost ~$13 to ship ground whereas it was only ~$5 at post office

I don't usually post reviews on different sites but please, you at Fedex, be more professional with customer service. This morning I visited the store on Glenwood Ave. in Raleigh, NC, the woman at the counter was rude and she was screaming at me as if I was 6 feet away. A great Tip to avoid these types of comments is that you should train your staff in customer service. We know that everyone has problems, frustrations, depression, tiredness or maybe they didn't sleep well last Night or Whatever she had, but we, the customers, are not to blame for any of the above.

I went to drop off a package to ship that had a lithium battery label on it, like would be in a notebook, digital camera etc., I found out that this location cannot take packages if you have this label attached. You must take it to the Fedex location on Atlantic Avenue.
Just a heads up to save you time from going to the wrong location.

Excellent service at FedEx on Glenwood Ave. Terrel gave us such supreme customer service: focused, thorough, and very professional. It is our "go-to" FedEx store when we need anything involving sure-fire shipping.
