We went to the store to have some items enlarged & printed. Tammy is an absolute jewel. She couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Her customer service skills are top notch. I can’t recommend her enough. She is super knowledgeable about the printing services.

Very convenient location for me. I drop off all of my packages here. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I've never used any of the other services that they offer but their shipping and packaging services are top notch.

I came in yesterday to get something printed and shipped. Mrs. Tammy was so nice she stopped what she was doing behind the desk on the computer to show me and help print my ultrasound photos. Parker was the one who helped with setting up the shipment for me. He saw I had photos and went the extra mile to place it in a photo protector plastic bag along with a paper board to help it not bend. Both are great examples of a true definition of awesome customer service.

This store is actually great. Everytime I go in, I'm treated with respect and care. The staff here are really wonderful. I've gone in numerous times and I #ALWAYS have a delightful transaction, no matter the cashier. That is hard to say in this day and age! Tonight, Parker helped me and he went the extra mile as he has in the past! The ladies that work there are friendly and relatable as well! I use Fedex for all of my printing needs! Tonight, I printed Party Invitations and I am truly pleased with the quality! Thank you to Parker for getting them perfect! :)

Last week, my mother and I paid a visit to a FedEx store where I had a wonderful experience thanks to a friendly and helpful employee named Christin. Christin went the extra mile to assist me in making copies of my business documents. I intend to revisit this particular FedEx branch without a doubt.

Christin and Tammy were so helpful! I had been to three other places to ship and no one bothered to help me save money. They both helped me figured out a better box and encouraged me to get my companies Fed Ex number to increase my savings. In addition to helping me they were a pleasure to take to and even had a few silly comments along the way that made me smile!! And who doesn’t need a smile these days! It was a pleasure to see two people engaged in their job!!

This store is horrible. I took 2 packages to be shipped. They allowed one of the packages to sit at the store for 2 days without shipping. It was a equipment return item for my job, therefore very important. They offered to empathy, no compensation. Only excuses. The manager (forgot name) and Wanda just horrible. Heather was the only employee with a brain. Horrible store! ZERO stars! Stay away.

I stopped by to drop off some work equipment. I didn't have return labels, but I was given a QR code for them to scan. The store is located within a busy shopping center. There's plenty of parking available. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted by a super nice guy. He was funny and worked very quickly to process my return. The store was clean and organized. There is a computer you can use for a fee as well as copying services. I highly recommend this location for shipping and copying needs.
