Let me start out by saying I’ve lived in Raleigh my whole life and gone to this location for years. My business ships well over $1000 each month with FedEx and there are times when I need to go by the store to get supplies or ship on the weekends, the policy of the store with the free FedEx boxes is that they limit the amount that you can take with you so that “everyone can have some.” I’ve been told this twice when they have less than five boxes left.If I’m spending $100-$200 on overnight shipping, why is it that I can’t take the last two or the last box? At some point you’re going to run out and this location consistently runs out. Maybe it should be the policy of the store to keep more boxes on hand so that more people are able to ship.What this does logistically is forces me to drive down the road to a UPS store and make some shipments through UPS and others through FedEx because they want to keep one or two boxes on the shelf for other customers. It makes no sense to not provide a free box For anybody who is shipping right then and there.Two stars because the people there are kind. But the policies are heavily misguided.

Most of the employees at this place are friendly, professional, and get the job done. It’s wonderful to go into a place of business and be greeted like you are a valued customer. Most of the employees at this site should do seminars to teach others how to succeed in customer service. Well done!

Can’t get a real person on the phone and can’t get to one without a tracking number. I just need to ask about purchasing a box that will need to be made since they destroyed the one my item came in. Needs a special box

I drive out of my way to ship regularly from this location. The entire staff, to include the management, has gone above and beyond to assist with my needs. I come in with multiple packages each month - they always welcome me with open arms and ready to help. They’re kind, patient and I appreciate their willingness to help regardless of how busy they are, or how many blue boxes I bring in to ship!

Went in for a quick print. I've done this many times before. There was barely customers and 4 people working. I had to print 1 page. I couldn't get the retrieval code for the self print - I went to the desk and asked for assistance. The first guy told me to wait until it comes. I did but it never worked. I added the Wifi. I had only 1 page to print and I told them that and they told me I could use the computer. It charged me $3 to log in to my email when they could have printed it from the station. It was unnecessary and shows how much service has gone down.

I went here few days ago and my experienced was excellent and today my visit was a huge disappointment. Joe was very rude and doesn’t have a sense of hospitality. It says on his nametag that he is been at FedEx since 1996 or 1999. I guess he doesn’t learn any hospitality or great customer service for the past two decades. Not coming back at all!

Rolled by this afternoon to get my passport photo taken (After stopping at a few other FedEx locations whose cameras were malfunctioning), and I was all done in less than 10 minutes! Joe was awesome to work with, being both personable and efficient, and I'm very please with how the photo turned out. Thanks!

I usually dread shipping things but the employees here make it so easy! I’ve also had some items printed here and once again, the employees are just above and beyond friendly.
