March 6,2024, received an email delivered, I work from home no delivery, I contact the number given for complaints, I spoke with an agent (to no avail) I spoke with a supervisor and was told the package was delivered approximately 1 mile from my home in a "parcel box" I don't have one of those, then on the 8th I received an email saying case was closed the station which is the Atlantic Ave location stated the delivery was delivered properly and fedex wanted to close the case absolutely not it is now reopen. This is not the first time for me with Fedex.

Some of the worst customer service imaginable. The black guy with one eye has a major attitude problem. Every time i come here they expect me to pay for tape. Why would i do that when im spending $20-$25 to ship a package every time? Sorry to break it to you but the CEO isnt gonna promote you for selling some tape. Give me a break. Not worth the trouble, I'd rather go to the drop-off centers in the walgreens then come here. Complete waste of time.

Dishonest delivery courier in my area of Raleigh. Everytime I have a package to be delivered, it says "attempted to be delivered" even though I am home and no door tag is left. It is frustrating that management is aware of the problem and simply does not seem to care. I was told by FedEx workers that sometimes couriers turn off their work phones while working because they don't like to receive phone calls. Ridiculous.

If only I could leave a negative star review. I called four times over to the center after the guy didn’t even try to deliver my package. He just put in that he delivered it and left. He never even came to my complex to try to deliver it and then I was told in a lie by the supervisor from the center that he had been contacted. He was going to redeliver it. The driver then never even tried to deliver it. He just took it back to the center and I didn’t get my package, so after two days of dealing with these idiots, I have to go and Personally, from a hub that I have to have it tomorrow so I can get it. I don’t know the level of Idiocracy that it takes to be a driver but that’s pretty lazy when all you do is say oh I can’t deliver this. so I’m not even gonna try and I just put in that I delivered it and didn’t even do it. And I know for a fact that he didn’t try because I stayed here the last two days Get delivered and then I went outside 30 seconds after he supposedly delivered it and there was no truck outside. Completely and utterly unsatisfactory customer service, and would be ashamed that I gave my name (Ilene) that I was a supervisor and to lie that I said it was going to be delivered That same day. And then, after the fact, go back, and total 180 and say oh, I never said that to the person. Complete and utterly useless employees All around at this company They should be ashamed of themselves.

Had the worst experience ever with this FedEx branch I sent a two day package to someone who needed it before leaving on vacation. The driver said they attempted to deliver twice but didn’t knock nor attempt to call. I called the 1800 number and they instructed me to have the recipient to go to this location to pick up the package. The recipient went to the location and presented their ID to the clerk. They would not release the package because the address was not the same. The agent on the phone never once said the addresses had to match. After about an hour and half of back and forth between the manager and extremely rude front desk person he was finally able to get his package. I have never seen such incompetence and unprofessional individuals working at FedEx.

I was there on 12/15 around 6 pm. The front desk agent was rude and not polite at all. He even talks over me when I am trying to explain the situation. As my sender tried to explain to him, he walked away.He then called the manager and came back with an attitude. Even stare at me as I explain the situation to the manager. He did not mention his name.I was not the only person he was riding to. He was also rude to another customer. It was an awful experience at the location.

The center is okay. However, the Fedex Express driver didn't even attempt to make the delivery and just marked it as "We tried to deliver" while the recipient was at home the entire time. Absolutely unprofessional and not doing their job.
