I spent a lot of time in here this week and couldn’t help but admire the whole staff’s professionalism and expertise with all of their customers. Everyone is so kind and helpful, even to the most difficult customers. Specifically I’d like to shout out to Keosha for helping me troubleshoot my project and for her outstanding service. You rule. Thanks again!

This location is the best!! Ms. Yolanda especially - SETS THE BAR for professionalism and efficiency. I’ve been to A LOT of FedEx locations for print services and her team should run the 101 workshop on how it’s done. It doesn’t matter if I come in right when they open or a minute until they close - this team is patient and polite and makes me feel valued. You can tell they take pride in their work and that’s why I go out of my way to send my stuff here!

Print stations just eat random amounts of your money to hold for an indeterminate amount of time before refunding you the amount less the cost of your print job.
Not one of the (five or six) staff know what ICC Color Profiles are, much less how to set a printer to a specific one for color accuracy. If you don’t understand how ridiculous this is, imagine going to a hardware store where the staff have never heard of paint. Three stars for existing.

The If you have a small print job, look for another shop. Although these folks are nice, the company has adopted a deceptive technique for increasing the bottom line.
It goes like this: ordering online? Cool, no surcharge. So you go and order online. But the website crashes. Over and over, and will not accept an order. So you send it to the email address at the advice of the nice lady.
Bingo, Surcharge. You ask the nice people how to print your two copies without a surcharge, and although it is *possible*, you need a 30 minute lesson on file name protocol & browser choice & finding the correct upload portal among dozens of options, and then it still doesn’t work right. The staff has to find a work-around.
So the customer experience is gnarly, the staff has spend an hour to Help Make Two Copies, everyone is frustrated.
Note to the head office: talk to your staff. They will tell you. A surcharge for making copies is costing you more in time educating customers on how to avoid. It is a lose-lose policy.
Just make the two copies.

2712 Hillsborough St, Raleigh, NC 27607 Has to be the rudest FedEx in America. I was sending back $2500 laptop and my box needed tape. The lady handed me the receipt as she laughed and talked to the other employee but, my packet wasn't secured yet. So, I waited for the box to be taped up. For some reason my action of wanting to see my packet secured before leaving upset the women. She said, "Nobody want your stuff." I thought her behavior was unreasonable and definitely unprofessional. Please do a better job hiring.

Way too much effort for the customer. Counter personnel doesn't ask enough questions to understand your needs. What should have been maybe 15 minutes took about half an hour. Still not sure the project will turn out as requested. This isn't how it used to be at this location. Obviously a change in staff and/or management.

After calling around to find a location that could help me with a project, I went to the Hillsboro Street facility. I told the lady at the desk what I needed and she went and got someone else who had no time or desire to help. I needed to have a sign made, and I wanted to show her what I wanted it to go around to make sure it was doable. All she would say to me is that she needed a PDF in the exact size for her to print. I tried multiple times to have her look at my project to see if it would work, and she would not look at my picture, told me she did not need a picture. That all she needed was the PDF to print. I was very disappointed that they're not there to help, so I took my business elsewhere.
