Made the right choice between UPS and FedEx… Walked into this FedEx office first thing in the morning, brought a jacket that had to be shipped, the staff person Lizzie was fantastic. She took the address, took payment, and packaged it for shipping. Such a good experience.

On Saturday 7/26, I came in to get a photo taken for my visa, and Brit was incredibly helpful! A very rude customer came in and immediately started yelling at her and saying rude things (which she did not deserve in any way), but she handled it with such grace! Brit is an amazing employee
