I needed some copies and this place had do-it-yourself copies for a reasonable price. No wait.

Way too much effort for the customer. Counter personnel doesn't ask enough questions to understand your needs. What should have been maybe 15 minutes took about half an hour. Still not sure the project will turn out as requested. This isn't how it used to be at this location. Obviously a change in staff and/or management.
