The self-service copy and print is a pre-pay service, where you have to select the amount to pay for the options provided (which are $5, $10, $25, $75, $100 etc). I chose $25 & my total came to $25.86 after printing 126 pages. The system made me go back & I could only choose the next option of $75, which they hold whether you use that whole amount or not. They said that your banking institution should release the hold by the next business day, however, I still have a $75 charge on my account, where the difference has not been reversed. This system is ridiculous and should allow you to pay the amount that you owed solely. I will NEVER get anything printed from FEDEX again.
