this rating is strictly on customer service. I used this location this past Saturday morning. I needed a pen to fill in my return address and the address I was sending the envelope to. I asked one of the women if I could borrow a pen because there were none at the register I was standing at. I had looked around. She just stared at me. I politely asked again because it appeared she did not hear me. she continued to just stare at me without saying anything. I then asked again politely but a bit louder. She slowly walked over to the other desk and got a pen then slowly walked over, handed it to me while staring at me, and said nothing. We are really scraping from the bottom of the barrel if these are the type of people that are getting hired to be in front of customers. Absolutely horrible.

This was the most unhelpful FedEx I have ever been to. They literally told me to go back to the FedEx I previously used in Cary and I sure as heck will. Save yourself time and do not go here.

Used this location several times but no more. On two times store was closed dispute within open hours posted on website and on door of store.
