The 1.50 drinks changed price to 1.90 but no stickers to Indicate such,and the 2 people at the register have such thick accents that I can't understand them at all.

Younger man told me to put my backpack by the door because he thought I was gonna steal. Mind you there were other students in there with theirs on, other than the minorities for some reason .But why I gotta take mine off?? Just because I ALMOST didn’t pay for 40 cent extra small cup of ice yesterday? The older man told me it was free so I took it I don’t see the problem. Why would a small cup of ice have a price… Anyways I got my ice cream it was moldy on the inside. If I go in tomorrow and get mistreated again I’m complaining to corporate and I’m not playin.

Terrible Customer Service. Gas Station Attendant Jony Is Very Unprofessional Needs To Be Looked In By Corporate. Card Was Overcharged When Went To Proceed To Jony Very Nicely About What Was spilled Off My Card(Paid Inside) I Can See All Transactions. He Was Very Rude & Also Started To Get Very Loud, Didn’t Even Look At Receipt, And Just Kept Saying No It Wasn’t Which He Never Looked Into. He Gives The Business A Bad Name & Don’t Care About Customers Just There For The Money. Was Loyal Customers Always Came To That Gas Station Multiple Times Cause Very Convenient But The Way I Was Treated Today I Would NEVER Return & Also Tell Others About This Place.

Muktar and amber have been amazing! Recently I befriended a new employee and he was often quiet. Well what a gem he is for this amazing store. Novinte has saved my lost wallet for over 2 weeks. I had no idea where it was, but assumed it was at my house because no one had used my credit cards! Today I stopped by and he said “I’ve been waiting for you”... he had my wallet!!!!!!!!! Novinte thank you! I just love this store and app their employees! Well done!

This is THEE worst service I have experienced ever!!! I always get horrible service at this location. The other residence in the area have issues also but I guess they are not sure how to formally complain. I have complained to management and the BBB and still no action. My next step is news coverage. There is one employee there that throws the receipt at me, If I ask for a bag he will just put it on the counter for me to bag myself. Something definitetly needs to be done! This guy in the photo is the worst I have ever encountered! I will continue to voice my complaints until there is something done. The short African guy is the worst!!!!
