Falls is one of the best veterinary hospitals I've ever been to in my 34 years. I trust them implicitly with my dogs. The staff are so kind and compassionate, and go above and beyond for their clients. I lost my soul dog last Thursday, and despite how terrible the circumstances of that were, I could not have asked for a smoother experience. They care for your animals as if they are their own, are incredibly knowledgeable, and friendly.

I love Dr Green and Dr Brink. Been seeing Dr Brink the last several years fir my 2 cats. They and their staff are very kind and loving. Just saw Dr Slotnick and he was fantastic too. Highly recommend taking your furbabies here.

These guys are the best!! We have been using them for over 20 years and they have been top notch from day 1. We are on our second pair of dogs and cats with them, and they have taken great care of every one of them. I could share so many stories of how they went above and beyond, but my review would turn into a book. Let me just say, I highly recommend and so do my fur babies.

This is a big veterinary practice that I have been to a few times with sick dogs from the rescue I volunteer with. The staff have always been super friendly and helpful. They have a big waiting area and a nice outside area where you can walk your pooch. What caught my eye is that they have what I will call a grieving candle which they light when someone is having their pet put to sleep. It lets everyone know there is sadness in the office and asks that you be respectful. I find that little stuff like this is important. Worth a look if you need a community vet.

Been going to this practice for at least 10 years and have had at least 4 of our and 2 of my daughter's pets at the practice. I used to think the practice was the best, but since covid recovery, the vets and the tech staff remain great but the office/phone person is not so great. It is difficult to get your pet in, even when ill and then they say you can do a drop off and pick up later, but that is an additional $15. She is not sympathetic to you or your pet's needs and there is very little room for negotiation. I used to always see Dr Brink or Dr. Green, but over the years, they have transitioned us to other vets - which I do like, but would prefer to stay with one. I know the vets are busy - doing teeth cleaning, surgeries etc, but recently I have not been in the office when it was packed. Since they refer to specialty vets and hospitals, you would think they would have more clinic time to accommodate their clients.

I've been going to Falls Village for a few years now, and continue to have only positive experiences. As my little man continues to get older, visits, especially last-minute and unscheduled ones have become more frequent. I'm beyond grateful to have a team that I can trust--a team that is responsive, knowledgable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure he gets what he needs so he can be comfortable. The office staff, vet assistants, vet techs, Dr. Zlotnick and Dr. Brink have all been especially flexible and helpful the past few months. I value the detailed explanations shared of what's going on and potential approaches and plans for moving forward, and truly appreciate the care and compassion shown during each visit. I have, and will continue to recommend them to anyone who wants the best for their fur family members.
