Truly an incredible local business. They were so kind and went above and beyond for me. My dog's vet gave me a prescription for an anti-seizure medication that they did not carry. After going to multiple chain pharmacies, I was told by all of them that the prescription could not be filled for at least 4 days. I called Falls River Pharmacy in a state of panic, frustration and desperation. They were closing in 4 minutes and I was about 10 minutes away. They still had to check if the meds were in stock, count the pills to make sure they even had enough to fill the Rx and stayed after hours to accommodate me and my dog. I will eternally be grateful to them for showing kindness, compassion and going the extra mile. I will only come to Falls River moving forward for all my pharmacy needs. They are more than just a business, they treat their customers like family.

Great locally run pharmacy. I love supporting them vs a chain but it comes with cons... the hours aren't the best, they are only open until 3 on Saturdays and not at all on Sundays. If I need some medication for one of us on the weekends, I have to go to one of the chains to get it filled. For a while they were the only place that had some medications in stock when everywhere else was out but lately it seems to be the opposite. I will still support them but can't transfer all of my family's prescriptions over there.

Falls River is so much better than all the chain pharmacies! They are well staffed. Everyone who works there is friendly and professional. They fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Chain pharmacies over work and under staff. Support local businesses that treat their employees and customers well!

Staff are always extremely courteous, almost to a fault. Very friendly, and very determined to to ensure that the consumer pays the lowest price possible for medications. Highly recommend.

We have only been in Raleigh for about one year and of course we needed a pharmacy and Falls River was recommended. These people are the finest in the world, always polite and ready to accommodate the customers needs.Both my wife and I live in a senior facility without any vehicles, and it is a great benefit to know that our prescriptions and other needs can be delivered, always by someone with a smile on their face . Some of the nationally known pharmacy's could take lessons from Falls River.

I have been going to falls river pharmacy for nearly 10 years now amd Travis and his staff of pharmacists are exceptional amd on time!! They are very courteous and exemplify customer service to highest levels. I encourage anyone to go to this pharmacy and support small businesses because it’s a win/win.

Received my 2nd Covid vaccine at Falls River. No appointment necessary. Walk-ins accepted. Unlike the big box pharmacies, the shot was administered by a pharmacist, not a pharmacy tech. His technique was so good that there was zero discomfort. Attentive staff and excellent customer service you would expect from an independently owned pharmacy. Highly recommend.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Travis for over five years. He has always accommodated all schedules and locations I’ve needed, and does so with a smile. He and his team are professional, timely and personable and I would highly recommend them to any business or group that wants to offer onsite vaccinations...just don’t book him on the days I need ;)

Travis and his team are very helpful in explaining the medications and side effects to their customers. Their customer process at the pharmacy has been friendly and informative every time I have visited. They spend the extra time explaining and providing information to me to make me feel more at ease. I am glad we have a local pharmacy like Falls River Pharmacy rather than the online service for that extra bit of information and quick turnaround on new prescriptions. Fall River Pharmacy networks well with my wife and my doctors. Great job; informative and friendly team.

I went to Falls River Pharmacy for my annual flu shot. The store was attractive, well organized, clean. All the staff were pleasant and professional. My experience was excellent and I highly recommend Falls River Pharmacy.
