We switched from another KinderCare facility earlier this year and we are so glad we made the switch.We have a toddler and a preschooler and they both absolutely love going there every day. The center is nice and clean, has well organized classrooms, a gym, playgrounds and a soccer field area. Lots of room for all kinds of activity. The staff is wonderful. Very creative activities and my preschooler is counting like a champ already. Michelle and Christina make for a great leadership team. They are warm and welcoming and professional at the same time.Falls Lake KinderCare is the Place to be. Switching to Falls Lake KinderCare was the best decision we made.

Our child has been at Falls Lake Kindercaee over 1 year. Michele and the team are great. They have consistent staff who are caring and patient. Our child has learned so much.

I have been so impressed by the Falls Lake Kindercare staff through the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. They have created an environment where we feel safe to send our child back to school. The contactless check-in and pick-up process, daily temperature checks for everyone entering the building (staff and children), and limited movement of staff between classrooms has provided us the reassurance we needed to send our child back to school during such a pivotal developmental stage. We HIGHLY recommend Falls Lake Kindercare and are so happy with the incredible care and support Michelle and her staff provide on a daily basis.

My children have been attending this facility for 4 years now. Recently, my oldest began virtual Kindergarten. We chose to keep her enrolled in this facility (that she's been attending since she was 1.5 years old) because the staff is excellent and we knew that school work would be their priority and we could communicate with the staff. The director, Michelle, is fantastic. Two of her own kids attend the facility, so she is always very involved and ready to help in any way she can. The center is extremely organized (especially with multiple different children, attending multiple different schools, on multiple different schedules) during virtual learning. My daughter's Kindergarten teacher has even commented that she has several students attending virtual learning in centers and this is one of the best she has seen so far. The school age teacher makes sure all students are logged in each day during live sessions (and even sits next to them if they are struggling), she completes as much homework with them during the day as possible, and she keeps all schedules organized, even for special sessions such as small groups and virtual lunches that the elementary schools are holding. Having an elementary student during this time can be challenging and stressful and Falls Lake KinderCare has really allowed us peace of mind that the children are being kept safe, attending classes, and having fun. They have gone above and beyond our expectations.

I can't say enough GREAT things about Falls Lake KinderCare, but more specifically the teachers and staff. Our 2 children are enrolled (a toddler and an infant) and I couldn't ask for better care for either of them! The loving nature of Michelle and Christina is unmatched. The number of times one of them have gone out of their way to tend specifically to my child (usually the toddler, of course) is unbelievable.My 2yo was scared to go back to school after COVID, having to be dropped off at the door, greeted by new teachers she'd never met! Michelle told me she brought my daughter into her office to eat her breakfast in familiar company until she had calmed down enough to join her friends. More recently, Michelle heard we were moving to the "big girl bed" and brought my daughter a special surprise if she stayed in her bed that night.We switched to KinderCare from a private facility and there has been NO turning back. The level of attention and love given to the kids, the cleanliness of the building, the responsiveness of both directors and teachers is absolutely amazing.I would recommend Falls Lake KinderCare to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and educational environment for your children. All you hope for is a place where your kids feel close to as loved as they do at home and I can't say I think we would find that anywhere but here!

My child has been attending Falls Lake KinderCare for 2 years now and I would not go anywhere else! The staff is so friendly and caring for my family and I can see evidence of education every day! How they have handled the COVID situation has been perfect- I feel as comfortable as possible dropping off every day knowing my child is safe, learning and having fun. Every day I receive pictures of classroom activities and can see all of the precautions in place and gives me great comfort.

We love Falls Lake KinderCare! Our daughter has been going for a year and half since about 6 months old. The director, Michelle, has been fantastic from the start with everything from communication to flexibility. The teachers have also been great, Ms. Jenifer and Ms. Kori in the newborn room and Ms. Nakeisha and Ms. Christy in the toddler room were all so wonderful with our daughter. She comes home happy each day and loves to tell us what she did at school. They update frequently through their app and have implemented excellent cleanliness and safety precautions with Covid. We also plan on starting our newest addition in the infant room in 2021. As a working parent, sending your little one to school every day is not an easy decision but I’m thankful that KinderCare provides a safe learning experience where my daughter is amongst her friends and happy every day.

My little has been attending this location since he was a mini peanut at 7 weeks and is now in PreK. The administration and staff have always communicated well and provided great balanced care. Returning my little to the center has proven to be a great decision after a few months at home. The mental and emotional growth that my little has shown in the last few months have a lot to do with the stable routine provided by Michelle and her staff. The staff have really stepped up in response to the pandemic with an utterly smooth, well run clean, center and GREAT communication.

My child has been at the center for the past 2 years. We love this center! Their staff is wonderful, well organized and they keep it running in tip top shape. Since they re-opened after the Covid closures, I have been even happier that my child goes here. They are on top of all of the necessary health & safety recommendations and go above and beyond. I am so thankful for them as I truly feel comfortable with my son in their care during these times.

My daughter has attended LPA since she was 2.5. She is now 4 and will be starting kindergarten in August. The staff have not only prepared her for elementary school, but they have given my child the love and support she needs to blossom into a self-assured, joyful young lady. I cannot recommend this preschool more. I am continually impressed by their professionalism and genuine love for the families they support.

Our daughter has been at little pros since she was 6 months old. She and we love it! The dedicated staff is friendly and professional. She has learned so much and she will be ready to start kindergarten this year. She loves to play with her friends and does not want to leave when we pick her up.

Love, love, love! Our 20-month-old daughter has been at LPA for 5 months, and we could not be happier. We moved, and in the move, transitioned her from one daycare to another. We fretted she wouldn't adjust to the change, but she not only adjusted; she's thrived. Every morning when she's getting dressed, she lists all of her classmates names. In the evenings, she surprises me with how much her vocabulary is expanding. I think the center is fantastic.

Our family has been with LPAFN since the day they opened (in the snow). Brian and Danielle run an outstanding program. Both of my children have excelled during their time at LPAFN and we couldn't be more pleased. My son, a recent "graduate" of LPAFN is reading beyond the average level of a kindergartener and my daughter comes home daily with an improved vocabulary and excitement about her day at school. We couldn't be more pleased with the facility, program, and teachers at LPAFN...

I have 2 children attending Little Pros at Falls of Neuse. The staff is wonderful and I am very pleased with the care my children receive. They love going to Little Pros and they learn new things everyday.
