I had a similar experience as a previous reviewer. Very poor customer service. My refund was incorrect and they were definitely hoping to get away with it assuming I wouldn’t notice. There’s way too many great golf shops in this country to waste time with Fairway Styles. They don’t offer anything you can’t find elsewhere for the same price or better. Will not ever shop here again under any circumstances and I’m sure that’s just fine with them.

UPDATE: Fairwaystyles.com issued me a full refund yesterday 11/16For the hundreds of online stores that sell golf apparel, you would be best served to AVOID Fairwaystyles.comVery poor customer service and sales execution. They were given several opportunities to resolve the non-delivery of 1 golf shirt I purchased, and they failed on all of them.They bounced my order around with 3 different carriers, Fed Ex, then DHL, then USPS. My order should have arrived on 10/19, and today is 11/11 and they have still no idea where the package is and refuse to give me a refund until they find it and get it back to their warehouse.They never offered an apology, or a refund, or an opportunity to get a store credit toward another item.I told them not to contact me any further and to keep the $84. You would be best served to never order from this company.

I bought a jacket, at this moment 25 days ago and still the product didn’t arrive. I e-mailed them and they only say there is a delay and I need to wait, they cannot say how long from now on. Looking on the website I saw the jacket has a 35% discount, they still let me pay the full prize. Other shops have fast delivery and they give you a refund or coupon when the product is in discount one week later. No good service, be warned.

First class customer service. I had to do a few exchanges to get sizing right and they were very helpful. Great selection and the website is easy to use. I like how they have people online to chat with and ask questions. Thanks!
