The reason for the 3 stars is because when I went to this location I was greeted and told there is a sale for 2 for 24 leggings. I got super excited picked 2 out and we go to pay. She asks for my email and phone number for their “rewards” program and we paid and went on our way. This was in June. This morning I find out I have been charged $69.95 3 times as a membership fee…. I was never told about any membership fee or any of that. When I called customer service I was told I signed up for it at this retail store when I purchased the “membership price” of the leggings. The girls in that shop did not tell me I needed to be a member or that I would be charged $70 a month just to get these 2 pairs of leggings… so just beware guys. I don’t even know how they got my card information just from me charging it for the 2 leggings in the kiosk… so beware guys feel like there was ill intent and they were just trying to get money out of me..

I would have to say the manager, Shauna, is awesome! A few employees helped and got busy, but she stepped in and stuck with me and made sure I got what I needed. I'm very, very picky when it comes to my clothes and now I will be a lifetime customer because of her! A huge THANK YOU to you!!! You made my experience awesome.

The size leggings I bought ended up not working (too big), so I went back to get a smaller size. I told the employee that I needed to exchange them for a different size, and she looked at the tag (which said 1X) and then looked me up and down and goes "oh you need a 2X." Um no ma'am, don't assume. When I told her they were too big her eyes got huge like she realized she had messed up. Yes, yes you did. NEVER assume someone's clothing size just because you work in retail. I wish I'd gotten her name but she wasn't wearing a name tag.

Never been to a store nor have ever experienced or heard of anywhere in the world that, “you get back less than what you had paid for the product because it’s considered out of season product at the time of return, about couple days from receiving the product.” Yes, you heard me correctly!! I’m quoting same exact words repeated many times by the manager. And yes, the tag was attached to the product, in tact, and never worn, and was in its original packaging. I’m not sure how and where the manager was trained but she was very sure that this was fabletics policy, even though I tried to explain many times that’s not possible and this would never work in any business. She spent about an hour trying to convince me that I was wrong and I won’t be getting back my full purchase amount for the exact reason above and nothing else. As for one of the assistant in the store (not sure of the name, tried looking for a name tag but couldn’t find one), not sure why she pick this job, if helping others and answering questions is such an annoying bother for you. Flow of the store is extremely inefficient and slow. There was no reason to have a line of people waiting for 30min or more when there aren’t that many people in there to begin with … They lack professionalism, hospitality and courtesy that should exist as the fundamental of any business. On top of that, lack of knowledge and basic logic of math was exceptional. To be honest, that was my last time in their store and I hope never have to encounter them again. I called customer service and got the situation sorted out and got my full refund. FYI Asa the representative look at the ordered agreed that I should have gotten my full refund in the first place. Also, I will acknowledge that the manger was at least nice and responsive about the situation while at the store. But I don’t think they understood where the issue was.

This company is a complete scam. I bought 2 shorts from here about a yr ago. I noticed on my credit card they have charged me $59.95 every month for the last 8 months. Before that they charged me $54.95 for 5 months before that. I called and was told I would receive a refund. Then they charged my credit card $59.95... 4 TIMES in one day!!!! This company owes me $994.15. I am still trying to resolve this by waiting for a phone call back. Do NOT give this company your credit card number. They will charge you every month until you find out. Then when you call and try to get a refund they will charge you 4 more times that day. Absolutely scam of a company. I will be going to the BBB about this. This

There is not one person that isn’t helpful and unfriendly when I come in. Shauna I met at the Durham location and it is consistently a great excellence. (I apologize I don’t remember the nameOf the AM but she is absolutely great as well) Each time I have visited this location, I have been greeted with a snails and helped with the best assistance as I don’t know how to put outfits together very well. Prices are very fair but If there’s a sale or outfit deal I don’t know about, they look out for me. I just have nothing but great things to say about this location and the wonderful woman, Shauna, I originally met at the Durham location. Thank you guys for everything always!!

The store seemed nice enough and had good sections. Most of the employees were nice except my mom coughed in the store and an employee gave her a nasty look. I think that this was very rude of her and was unnecessary. All employees should treat customers with respect no matter what.

I came in recently and was thinking about trying something on and Lex came over and asked if I needed help. I said no because I wanted to keep looking on my own first and she was immediately rude about me being unsure if I was going to buy something today or not. Left a horrible taste in my mouth and absolutely ruined any interest in trying something on. I’ve been to this location multiple times and have spent a lot of money here as I wear a lot of fabletics clothes for work and pleasure. I absolutely will not be coming in if she is there going forward.

Absolutely in LOVE with my new leggings and sports bra! ?I was unsure about how their membership worked and one of their sales associates explained it perfectly and helped me pick out perfect sizing. Great service, quality products ?

Today was my first visit to Fabletics, but it certainly won't be my last!! The workout gear drew me in, but the service and selection made me stick around! Matthew was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product specifications and helped me take advantage of some great deals by explaining the membership perks. Plus the clothes fit really well. Thanks for your help today Matthew!!

I had a great experience today at fabletics, the deal when you sign up for a membership is insane. I also wanted to recognize one of the employees, Mariah. She was so incredibly helpful and kind and really made my experience enjoyable. She really treats customers like friends and made me feel very welcome in the store.
