Nice location and conveniently located within Crabtree mall. Lots of parking outside . There are many restaurants inside to eat and snack. Passed by express shop and went in to look for good tshirts ..
They have a good collection but it was slightly expensive . There was some sale going on - with 30% discounts but still the price was a little high for me . Dress material looked good. Nice shop ..

Mikey in the fitting room was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! He brought together an outfit with a belt I never would have found and helped me feel pretty. I’ve always loved express and I’ll definitely be returning to this location!

Had the best experience at the Crabtree mall Express women’s store. I walked in looking for a specific item and they didn’t have it, but a really nice associate (MaryAnn? Marianne?) approached and showed me what they did have. She also told me about some really good sales they had going on right now and asked if she could show me her favorite tops that are part of the sale. I didn’t come in for a shirt, but she was so nice and helpful that I agreed. I tried on the bodycon bodysuits she recommended and LOVED them, so I asked what else was her favorite in the store. She walked around with me and pulled some of her favorite items that she thought would work well for my hair/skin color and I ended up walking out with 3 new tops, dress shorts and a pencil skirt. She was so wonderful. I saw her helping someone new as I left, and she just seems to genuinely enjoy her job there. Everyone else in the store who saw me was really friendly and nice as well. I’ll be back!

DO NOT shop at Express. Their “new policy” makes it so that you can’t even exchange something for the correct size after 30 days. Christmas shopping ahead of time around Black Friday? Just don’t. Heaven forbid the person you’re shopping for doesn’t like it or turns out to be a slightly different size. Wasted money.

I was helped by Jarrett and Sheunda. They were incredibly helpful and attentive as they helped me pick out the right size and look for me. They also helped me find good sales and were very friendly. 10/10 experience.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE-0 STARSI purchased two suits in-store. One was not available so they had to ship it, fine. The cashier did not give me a receipt, and I was assured I would get one by email. Well, they got the email wrong so I never did receive a receipt. Thankfully, the suit showed up. Unfortunately it was the wrong size, extra slim instead of slim. No problem. Mistakes happen. So I return it, they send a new suit. The new suit arrives, it is the correct size, but this time there is still the anti-theft device on the pants. Ok, accidents happen. I return it, they send the next suit. This one is AGAIN the wrong size, extra slim instead of slim.At this point it is a parody. I have never had such incompetent service. I will NEVER buy so much as socks from Express again. Oh, but thankfully they did offer me a $5 online Express coupon so yea that totally made it all worth it. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

Walked in to the store and I barely received a hello. On top of that not a single person approached me to ask if I needed help finding anything. Employees just walked past quietly. Sad part is I saw what I wanted, but due to the lack of customer service I received I just chose not to buy. I guess as I walked in the store wearing my $800 loafers and $600 peacoat and dress attire, I didn’t look like the type to buy lol. To my fellow black attorneys please walk pass this store.

On 09/09/23 I entered Express because I noticed the 70% off sign. I was actually trying to find the men's department store for Belks. Thought why not give it a look. I initially was overwhelmed as I needed a mans suit for a 6 ft 4 guy. I noticed Mickey and asked for help. Without hesitation he assisted. He gave lots of suggestions and each one worked out perfectly. He was amazing! The best customer service I have ever received. He deserves more credit for his effort. My total bill was $669.79 and found everything we needed for the one formal event and found a casual outfit as well. Frankly, had Mickey not helped I would have left empty handed.
