We had an outstanding experience with designers Jennifer Alexander and Greg Clark at the Ethan Allen store in Raleigh, NC. They listened carefully to our needs and desires and helped us select furniture, fabric, wall mirrors, a chandelier, and an area rug that we LOVE and that look stunning in our great room. Friends and family gasp in awe (so do we) when they walk into our newly designed and furnished room. Thank you, Jennifer and Greg. We'll be back!

I have had good experience at this store - there is a good representative selection of furniture and fabric in the store to sit and feel and choose between. I worked with Kelsi Manley to buy a new living room couch and loveseat set. She was very helpful in choosing fabric, getting samples and keeping my quote updated. The 3D visuals created of my room were really helpful in making the decision.

We met Jennifer Alexander on our first visit to the North Hills EA to look for new living room furniture. We immediately like her and spent several hours that afternoon talking about our likes/dislikes and looking at the showroom. Later that week, Jennifer came to our home to measure the space and look at the rest of our house. She came up with a plan taking into consideration several of our current pieces that we wanted to keep. Over the next few months as pieces arrived, she came back for the deliveries and installations. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result and highly recommend Jennifer for any project you may have. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Jennifer.

We just furnished a new home with Ethan Allen....In a renovation filled with stress and delays, Jennifer Alexander and Kati Wilson were an amazing team with whom to work. They were truly the bright spot in my project. They listened and produced a beautiful selection of furniture, accessories, window treatments, rugs and bedding for our new home. Enjoyable to work with, wonderful vision, and always giving above and beyond. Everything we purchased from Ethan Allen under their vision and guidance, turned out beautifully. Very happy with it all and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Check the age of the instore item before you purchase.The staff was very friendly and the store had a lot of options. Unfortunately the couch we looked at in the store was apparently three years old (found out when I went back after delivery) so the new couch cushions was A LOT more puffy and overwhelms the space a bit.

Ethan Allen has not lost its touch over the years. The quality and workmanship of the furniture remains stellar with many options in styles of furniture pieces & wonderful fabrics, many of which are updated to be performance fabrics. I have several pieces of their furniture that are over 20 years old and are in excellent condition with fabrics that are still wearing well. The staff is 'the best of the best". They are always pleasant, helpful and easy to work with and truly experienced professionals who excel at their jobs and customer service.

Jennifer Alexander has been a dream to work with. She put together a gorgeous refresh for our home and we are completely blown away with how everything turned out. We recently needed a repair for a four year old chair. They arranged for pick up, repair, and redelivered the chair all within a 10 day period. Amazing warranty!
