We loved our trial class at enso! It’s the first sport my son has begged me to sign up for right after a trial class. If you have a wiggly high energy kid, they’ll love this! We will be back!

My 8 y/o son loved doing track out camp here, and most recently, a trial parkour class. He is now looking forward to joining and doing a weekly class. The class is structured enough to keep the kids wrangled, but also allows them to explore and move freely.

Took my first parkour class after a long break from sports and had a lot of fun! Staff are passionate about the movement. What I like about Enso is I can learn fundamentals with proper guidance, push my limits after I gain confidence, and learn from coaches and practitioners. The gym has all the tools for learning parkour, freeruning, tricking, and is safe for training for all levels of experience. I would recommend Enso and sign up for a membership myself.

Did the trial class and it was really cool., the staff was friendly, even the teens I was in class with was nice to me… I’m going back, it’s worth the hour drive .

We went for a trial class and my son was hooked the moment he walked in. The instructors were awesome with the children all around. It’s a very fun and safe environment to help kids burn off energy and learn cool new skills. It was so great to watch them and we really look forward to signing our son up for classes!

Took my 9 year old for his first class this weekend and he loved it!! It’s a long drive for us but totally worth it to have a great experience and to see him so excited about a sport. Coach Max did a great job making the class fun while challenging the students.

My 8 yo son participated in a trial class yesterday and before it was over I already knew we’d be signing him up. He had the biggest smile on his face the entire time and was totally in his element. My 5yo sat on the sideline and was itching to participate. I know he’ll be asking to join as soon as his birthday rolls around. Max was the coach and he was so amazing and patient with the kids. He showed them the way to do things and explained the rules well to ensure their safety. Highly recommend Enzo Movement!

My son's both love the camp here. The councilors actually interact with the kids and the kids have fun all day while getting fit. They loved it so much we are now doing lessons. A great way to learn some new skills and stay fit!

My son has been attending the summer camp program here for a few years. We just joined as members and love it! It's one of the most affordable after school activites in the area, and the instructors are wonderful with the kids. I highly recommend for a child who is physically active but has not shown interest in a particular sport. Great excercise for kids!!

Friends have been raving about this place for years. My child participated in the $15 trial class last week & loved it! Good class size. Skill grouping made the new experience feel comfortable and fun. Looking forward to the future classes!

Our kids have been to Enso twice for parkour and love it so much. The instructors are really nice and great with the kids. They were really encouraging, which boosted our kids' confidence and made them excited to come back.

We love this place. All of the coaches are great. We started with a trial in parkour (myself + 12 & 9yr old daughters) and have not stopped going since. The guided classes are an amazing workout and we like the open gym as well.
