I highly recommend Elite Custom Signs. After unsuccessful attempts to work with two other local sign companies in the Clayton and Garner areas—one failed to follow up, and the other had persistent issues with my .PNG, .PDF, .JPG, and CANVA files—I turned to Elite Custom Signs. Tom Cohorst assisted me and demonstrated exceptional patience throughout the process. Although I had already designed my signs, I needed someone to refine the layout and ensure everything was perfectly balanced. Tom accomplished this flawlessly. I gave the approval on Friday, and by Monday, all six signs were ready for pickup. As someone who is dedicated to helping others, I greatly appreciate those who take the time to do the same. Tom and Elite Custom Signs went above and beyond, providing outstanding service without any hassle. We had a custom sign done by Elite, and the entire process was excellent. Mike worked with us to get the design just as we wanted it and Sara coordinated everything. We, and the recipient of the sign, could not have been happier how it turned out!

On a Monday, had a window sticker idea for my friends at work. Sara at Elite Custom Signs had a stack for me on Friday. Before I reached Sara I called around to other vendors who could not take my simple order on the fly and would have me wait 4-6 weeks. I may have been lucky, I’m extremely thankful to reach Sara at the right time. I followed her lead and she worked everything out.

We’ve been working with Elite Custom Signs since 2015. They produced and installed our outdoor lighted signs, decals for interior doors, outdoor parking lot signs, door placards, and signage for our front door (which we’ve had them updated several times when business info changes). They’ve also created yard signs and banners for a local nonprofit that I work with. Every time we work with Elite, I know we’ll get a good, quality piece with a quick turnaround time at a fair price. It has been a pleasure doing business with them!

Elite signs have been very prompt and professional all along. It was a pleasure to work with them. They went an extra mile to do a quick turnaround for Walnut Street Animal Hospital, Cary. They did not compromise on quality and or cut corners after bargaining the price. Will gladly do business again. Compared prices for LED lit Channel letters and their prices are competitive if not better.

Tom and staff were able to understand the mental image of my signs and create a fantastic final product. In addition, some of the .tif/.jpg images I gave them were not high resolution and they were able to convert them to high res. This is something I could not get online. I highly recommend!
