“Apparently I'm a broke bum, but absolutely would recommend.
I went in with a budget of $2,000 for upgrading some of my speakers. I thought that was pretty solid. Come to learn, that placed me firmly in the "budget" category, and not terribly far from the "dude, this store isn't for you" category.
Despite that, I was given excellent service: *at least* 30 minutes of one-on-one advice, along with a great tour of all the crazy systems I can only dream of buying some day.
I walked out with a great deal on some KEF speakers - a 3.1 set that would have been way over budget if it weren't for a merciful salesman and the fact that they were floor models. Been listening to music for the past hour or so and couldn't be happier.”

“Fast service! Just understand the parts are not authentic Apple parts and you will lose features that we pay good money for when replacing cracked screen on IP 13 and up.
If authentic parts are not a big deal for you this could be a 5 star service repair shop”

I would recommend Kevin with Burroughs Systems to everyone in the Greater Raleigh Area. Please allow him to come by and give you a quote. I had a special need for my security system and had 2 other companies that said they could do it and both failed miserably. And wanted an outrageous price, but I needed it installed and had to pay them. But ASG and CPI both failed to do what they said they could do. When they failed and lied to me I found Burroughs Systems and he jumped through all the mess the other companies created and installed in time and had us up and running as promised. It is so refreshing to find someone who is so responsible.”

They just have bad phones, but this was pretty much all they had with a couple other options. I am not sure why these stores don't keep phone inventory on hand.
