We recently worked with East Coast Granite to upgrade two bathroom vanity tops and the experience was excellent. Alexis in the office was extremely easy to work with- very responsive and helpful. Every step of the process was communicated clearly and executed exactly how and when they said it would be. The finished install looks perfect. We'll definitely use them again for future projects.

Alexis helped me select a slab to coordinate with a very bold tile. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The quartz countertop is absolutely stunning! Thank you Alexis for all of your patience and guiding me to the perfect slab! It beautifully accents the shower tile and allows that to be the show. I could not be happier with the results!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the East Coast Granite team. We replaced our kitchen counter and vanity for our primary bath with some beautiful quartz. The entire process went smoothly and the team was very professional. We highly recommend!!

East Coast Granite was absolutely brilliant from start to finish of our counter installation. They did an extensive job at our house, several large kitchen counters including a large freeform island as well as bathroom counters and shower pieces all in two different materials. The office staff were super knowledgeable, helpful and efficient and the folks who measured were easy to work with. The staff who helped us with the templates were amazingly patient. The installers were incredible, very detail oriented and meticulous, constantly communicating with us. The end result is beautiful. We couldn’t be happier and we’d recommend East Coast Granite to anyone.

We built our Home Bar in our second new home and we had custom Tops made from East Coast Granite! They came out awesome!! As always the overall customer experience was awesome From the measurements to installation they were great! The crew was courteous and professional! Installation was prompt and on time as promised. So I only got a quote from this company but they were more than double the next largest quote I received for exact same quartz/dimensions. Just wanted to put out a fair warning to get other quotes if you plan on going with this company. The other two quotes I got were within 10 percent of each other from reputable companies in the area, so it seems like this company is an extreme outlier.Update: Original quote I received was $10.8K. I received a revised quote for $7.6K after I emailed that the original quote was more than double the other two quotes I received (which were both around $5K). As an FYI, the quartz was ceasarstone outdoor quartz, the size of the linear countertop was 30" x 168". They offered to price match as mentioned below, but the fact that a Company would send such overpriced quotes to begin with just rubs me the wrong way. I know I don't always get second quotes, but glad I did this time around.

Replaced 3 vanity tops - great selection, reasonable prices, and very fast turn around. The installers showed when expected, were freindly, and performed an excellent removal and install. Very happy with the product and service provided.

They did not secure my counter top when they installed it yesterday, it is like a teeter totter on my island. Very unsafe, especially in a house with two toddlers. I’ve called them all day - manager won’t respond to my voicemail or calls, and apparently every one else is unreachable. Extremely disappointing.

After receiving so many quotes to replace our kitchen countertops, finding East Coast Granite & Marble was a DREAM COME TRUE! Working with Stephanie was a pleasure. She was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction without exceeding our budget. The install crew were fantastic and QUICK! We could not be happier with our new countertops and will definitely call Stephanie when we are ready to do our bathrooms!

I used East Coast for both my quartz kitchen island and guest bathroom countertop. Meredith was great to work with - she kept me updated on the status of the project and checked in after installation. The installation teams were prompt, professional, efficient, and made sure to leave the area clean. I highly recommend East Coast Granite & Marble and have a few more projects in mind I will use them for!

East Coast Granite was easy to work with. Walter came out super quick for an estimate which fulfilled my "all of the sudden" desire to change my counters after installing some backsplash. Once that was done the owner went above and beyond to accommodate a special order sink that pulled my vision all together! The install was seamless and the crew was so nice and did it quick. I highly recommend working with them if you're in the market for counters or maybe you just don't know you want them yet either like me ha ha!

When needing to add cabinets a laundry room and needed granite to match what was already in the house, East Coast Granite & Marble were excellent! I submitted a request on their website and they promptly got back with me and provided a reasonable estimate for the granite and installation. Very thorough and precise. Alexis was very pleasant to work with and I'm pleased with the result.

We enjoyed working with all those who had their part in making the project a success. From the showroom visit to the template being done (thank you, Jeremy), to the install, all went smoothly, and quickly. Vitali showed us the slab of Taj Mahal Quartzite and laid out the measurements of the countertops we needed so we could capture the most interesting parts of the stone.Javier, Antonio, Noe, our installers, were very professional and the attention to detail was impressive. We had three pop-up outlets that required oversized cutouts, and the work required patience and care. They also took the time to make sure our range top was seated as we designed it to conserve space.The quartzite is beautiful, and I am sure we will enjoy it tremendously!Thank you, Walter, for all your help and a job well done!Thank you,Victoria
