Excellent, clear communication starting with my initial call to set up appointment, which was a welcome contrast with another local detail service I dealt with in the past. Arrived on time and was courteous and happy to explain his methods and materials.\\nMy car had been sitting unused, under a maple tree, for over a year, and was very, very dirty. Victor did a great job cleaning it and made those front wheels look like new!\\nI recommend Dynasty Detailing and will hire them again for future exterior and interior detailing. Again, great communication from beginning to end, which is a big plus in my opinion.

Scheduled seat shampoo appointment got the confirmation text. Failed to show up and failed to return my phone call when i called twice. If you want something professional, i would definitely not recommend this company.Services: Auto detailing

I just got my car detailed by Victor and he did an absolutely amazing job. He was very thorough and remembered to get the little spots. He also got out stains I never thought would come out of my seats. He did all this and even more in just a short time. I would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends.

Attempted to use this service to do a full interior and exterior detail of my vehicle. After rescheduling 3 times, no one ever bothered to confirm my appointment for Friday or tell me what time they were going to be there. After reaching out to them, no one showed up and haven't heard from anyone since. Poor customer service. So now I have to try and get my money back from Groupon.

Victor spent all day on my daughters interior that we thought could never look good, but it’s beautiful! The next day he worked on the outside and inside of my car, a 2014, and it looks like new! And the price was so reasonable. $150-$200 less than other quotes I got. I’ll definitely use him again when I need him! No question!Services: Engine detailing

Excellent Excellent Excellent!!! Professional, accommodating, on time, quick to respond…. Did I mention they did a fabulous job?!?!? I had neglected my car in terms of a wash for almost a year. (Don’t judge me lol) After purchasing a Groupon for another detailing company and getting stood up, I called Dynasty to ask if they come to Garner. Well the rest is history!!! We had our daughter's car detailed, while she was on spring break from college. She uses her car, loaded with friends, all the time so you can imagine how bad the interior has gotten over the past 2 years. Dynasty Detailing's owner is super and did a fantastic job inside and out. Our 2013 RAV4 looks new again. Prompt, curteous, professional service at a very fair price.
